Yealink MSpeaker Pro PoE Video Conferencing Soundbar Dubai

Yealink MSpeaker Pro Dubai

Your meeting room camera is fine. The microphones are fine. But everyone at the far end of the table is still leaning forward because all the sound is coming from a television speaker mounted three metres away. That’s the room problem the MSpeaker Pro is built to fix.

The Yealink MSpeaker Pro is a dedicated video conferencing soundbar for meeting rooms in Dubai and the UAE. Inside are 4 speaker units delivering up to 95 dB output, giving speech more presence across a boardroom than relying on the speakers built into a commercial display.

Installation is clean. Power and audio/data can run over the network connection using PoE or PoE+, which means one less 230V socket and power adaptor to hide behind the MeetingDisplay. Useful in DIFC and DMCC offices where the display wall is already packed with HDMI, network and room-system cabling.

For longer rooms, you’re not limited to a single unit. MSpeaker Pro supports multi-speaker deployment using star-topology connections, and Yealink’s own larger meeting-room designs use 2 MSpeaker Pro units where wider audio coverage is needed.

It fits naturally into Yealink MVC S-series and MeetingDisplay room builds. For rooms that need distributed ceiling audio instead, we’d normally move the design into Yealink’s Room Audio & Microphones range rather than force a soundbar into the wrong space.

Yealink MSpeaker Pro UAE supply and installation is available across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and all 7 emirates. In stock Dubai, same-day quote, project quantities available, and export supply to Africa, GCC and South Asia.

Description

Yealink MSpeaker Pro PoE Video Conferencing Soundbar Dubai

The camera is mounted properly. The microphones are picking up the whole table. Then the call starts and everyone at the back of the room asks for more volume because the only sound is coming from the television. Turn the TV louder and speech gets harsher rather than clearer. We see this regularly in Dubai boardrooms where the display was chosen for picture quality, then expected to handle meeting-room audio as well.

MSpeaker Pro fixes the output side of that room. It is a dedicated Yealink video conferencing soundbar with 4 built-in speaker units and output up to 95 dB. Mount it at the display wall, run a network cable for power and data, and let the room system handle conference audio through a speaker designed for meetings rather than television playback. For a DIFC boardroom, a DMCC meeting room or an Abu Dhabi executive room where speech has to carry properly down the table, that difference matters.

Where MSpeaker Pro Fits in a Meeting Room

Think of MSpeaker Pro as the sound output component in a modular Yealink meeting room. It isn’t a USB speakerphone for one person at a desk, and it isn’t a microphone. The job is simpler: reproduce the far-end meeting audio clearly through a dedicated soundbar positioned at the front of the room.

That makes sense in rooms built around separate cameras, microphones and displays. Yealink uses MSpeaker Pro in current MVC room designs, including larger Microsoft Teams Rooms installations where the camera system, tabletop microphones and room speaker are selected as separate parts. In one official MVC S98 boardroom design, Yealink specifies 2 MSpeaker Pro units rather than expecting a single display speaker to cover the entire space.

For Dubai projects, this gives the installer more freedom. A standard rectangular boardroom may need one speaker at the display wall. A long room or U-shaped boardroom can use additional units where the room design calls for wider sound distribution. If the project has moved beyond front-of-room sound and needs ceiling speakers, DSP and distributed audio, we would move into the Yealink Room Audio & Microphones range rather than adding soundbars without a room-audio plan.

One Network Cable Instead of Another Power Point

Behind a meeting-room display there is rarely as much space as the drawing suggests. HDMI cables, network points, camera connections, display power and mounting hardware all compete for the same few centimetres. Add a speaker power brick and another AC outlet and the wall gets messy quickly.

PoE / PoE+ Room Audio

MSpeaker Pro supports PoE and PoE+ with IP deployment. A single network cable carries power and data between the soundbar and the supported host connection. No separate local power adaptor at the speaker position. In a glass-partition JLT office where the display wall may only have one recessed power point, removing another mains connection makes the installation much easier to keep tidy.

This is also useful when the room is being designed before fit-out. The AV contractor can plan the correct network cabling to the front wall instead of asking the interior contractor to add another 230V outlet purely for the speaker. Fewer loose components behind the display. Easier access later. Like most good meeting-room decisions, you notice it mainly because nobody has to think about it after handover.

More Than One Speaker When the Room Needs It

A common mistake is choosing meeting-room audio by looking only at maximum volume. A single loud source at the front can still give the first row too much sound while people farther down a long table ask for more. Distribution matters.

Star-Topology Expansion

Yealink supports multiple MSpeaker Pro units using a star-topology connection. That means the room design can expand beyond one soundbar instead of treating the speaker as a fixed one-device endpoint. The practical use is a long boardroom, U-shaped table or larger Teams room where audio needs to reach more seating positions without driving one front speaker harder.

Yealink’s own room designs show exactly this approach. An MVC S98 boardroom configuration uses 2 × MSpeaker Pro units together with separate VCM35 tabletop microphone hardware. Another MVC S80 room design also specifies MSpeaker Pro as the dedicated audio output rather than relying on the display.

That doesn’t mean every room should get two. A six-person room with a short table doesn’t automatically become better because more speakers were added. The speaker count should follow the room dimensions, table arrangement and listening positions. For larger UAE projects we map the speaker positions before installation rather than treating “95 dB” as the whole design calculation.

Is MSpeaker Pro the Right Audio Choice for Your Room?

Room Type Audio Approach MSpeaker Pro Fit
Huddle / Small Room All-in-one video bar audio Usually unnecessary
Medium Boardroom Separate camera, microphone and front speaker Strong use case
Long / U-Shaped Room Multiple audio positions Multi-unit design possible
ProAV / Divisible Room Ceiling speakers, microphones and audio processing Consider SkySound architecture instead

Not the right fit?

If you’re building a 4-to-8-seat room around an all-in-one MeetingBar, adding MSpeaker Pro may solve a problem you don’t have because the bar already includes its own speakers. At the other end, a large divisible training room may need ceiling speakers such as the Yealink CS10 family and dedicated room-audio processing. MSpeaker Pro makes the most sense when your room system uses separate AV components and you want dedicated front-of-room sound.

Built for Yealink’s Modular Meeting Rooms

MSpeaker Pro sits beside the newer Yealink room hardware rather than being a stand-alone conferencing device. Yealink lists it with its current MVC generation and uses it in room configurations where an MCore room PC, SmartVision camera, separate microphones and touch controller make up the rest of the system.

For Microsoft Teams Rooms projects, that means the room can use Yealink’s modular Microsoft Teams room systems while keeping audio output separate from the camera and microphone selection. That’s useful when one Dubai office has three rooms with different table lengths but wants the same Teams user experience across all three.

We don’t describe MSpeaker Pro itself as a separately Teams-certified endpoint because it isn’t the device running the meeting application. The certification and room-management layer belongs to the host room system. MSpeaker Pro is the audio-output component inside that architecture. Small distinction on paper. Important distinction when an IT manager is documenting exactly what is deployed.

What 95 dB Means in Practice

The useful number here is not simply that MSpeaker Pro reaches 95 dB. The useful part is that the sound is coming from 4 dedicated speaker units designed as a room soundbar. Speech from the far side is no longer being reproduced by whichever small drivers happened to be fitted inside the display.

In a Dubai meeting room with glass walls and hard floors, pushing one poor speaker louder can make speech tiring very quickly. The better approach is to choose the speaker position and quantity around the seating plan. One MSpeaker Pro where one front source covers the room properly. Multiple units where the table layout needs distribution. Ceiling audio when the room has gone beyond front-wall coverage.

That is also why we file MSpeaker Pro in both the Yealink video conferencing range and the Room Audio & Microphones category. It sits between the two jobs: part of the conference-room system, but specifically responsible for getting the far-end voice back into the physical room.

BYOD and Wireless Sharing — What the Speaker Actually Does

MSpeaker Pro doesn’t take an HDMI cable from a laptop and it doesn’t provide wireless presentation on its own. It is the room’s audio-output device. BYOD and content sharing are handled by the Yealink room system around it.

Take an MVC S98 room as an example. A laptop can connect through the MVC-BYOD-Extender and use the professional camera, microphones and room audio from the Yealink system. The MSpeaker Pro then reproduces the far-end audio as part of that room setup. The user doesn’t need to select or configure the soundbar separately every time somebody walks in with a laptop.

For wireless presentation, add a Yealink WPP30 wireless presentation pod or the appropriate sharing hardware for the room system. This separation is useful. You can choose the camera, microphone arrangement, sharing method and speaker layout around the room rather than buying one fixed device and hoping every part covers the space.

PABX, Etisalat and du Compatibility

MSpeaker Pro does not register directly to a PABX, SIP extension, Etisalat business voice service or du SIP account. There is no reason for it to. It is a speaker component, not the telephone or conferencing endpoint.

If the meeting room needs PSTN or SIP calling, that function has to come from the host conferencing or communications system. The MSpeaker Pro simply reproduces whatever meeting audio the supported Yealink host sends to it. That distinction matters when a Dubai IT team is preparing a bill of materials: buying the speaker doesn’t create another SIP extension and doesn’t replace a room PC, codec or PABX interface.

For offices running separate desk-phone infrastructure, the meeting room can sit alongside Grandstream, Yeastar, 3CX, Avaya or other SIP deployments without the speaker touching that configuration. If the project includes normal office telephony as well, see the Yealink IP phone range separately.

What’s in the MSpeaker Pro Box?

For Yealink part number 1306038, Yealink’s current room-design listing identifies the package as:

1 × Yealink MSpeaker Pro soundbar

1 × wall mount

2-year Yealink hardware warranty

Not included — order the room parts separately where required

MSpeaker Pro is not a complete video conferencing system. Camera, microphones, meeting-room PC or host system, touch controller, display, presentation pod and PoE switching are separate unless they are specifically included in the Yealink room bundle you purchase. For multi-device audio designs, an appropriate PoE connection such as the Yealink RCH series may form part of the room build.

Installation in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

A soundbar installation isn’t just drilling two holes under a display. We first confirm where the room host sits, where the PoE connection is coming from, the display position, cable path and whether one or multiple speaker locations make sense. In offices with glass partitions around three sides, we also look at how much hard surface is reflecting sound back into the room.

1

Check the room — Display position, seating layout, host device, PoE availability and cable route are confirmed before mounting.

2

Mount and connect — MSpeaker Pro is mounted at the selected audio position and connected to the supported Yealink host or room-audio network.

3

Run a real call — We test speech from the remote side at actual seating positions instead of standing directly in front of the speaker and declaring the room finished.

Installation is included with Yealink Dubai supply. Coverage includes Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. For multi-room offices in JLT, DMCC, DIFC and Business Bay, speaker positions and network requirements can be planned as one rollout rather than room by room.

Products We Usually Plan Around MSpeaker Pro

MVC S80 — For larger Microsoft Teams Rooms using separate room components. Yealink has documented MSpeaker Pro working in an S80 architecture with the soundbar connected to SmartVision 80 for audio and power. See the Yealink Microsoft Teams room range.

MVC S98 — The step up for boardrooms and ProAV spaces where cameras, microphones and speakers need more flexible placement. Yealink’s own U-shaped boardroom design uses 2 MSpeaker Pro units. Browse the video conferencing systems.

SmartVision 80 — Current-generation large-room camera hardware used in modular MVC designs. Pair it with the correct microphone and speaker arrangement from the Yealink video conferencing category.

VCM35 — Wired tabletop microphone for rooms where you want the microphone close to participants while MSpeaker Pro handles the far-end sound from the front wall. See Room Audio & Microphones Dubai.

WPP30 — Adds simple wireless laptop presentation to compatible Yealink room systems. It handles sharing; MSpeaker Pro handles audio. See Wireless Presentation & BYOD.

CS10 ceiling speaker — The alternative direction when a room needs distributed ceiling audio rather than front-wall soundbars. Compare both approaches in the Yealink SkySound room-audio range.

Where We Use It — Boardrooms, Training Rooms and Client Spaces

The straightforward use case is a corporate boardroom with the main display at one end of the table. Camera on the display wall. Microphones positioned around the participants. MSpeaker Pro below or near the display. Remote voices come from the same direction as the people shown on screen, which feels far more natural than audio coming from a small box sitting halfway down the table.

Long executive rooms need a little more thought. If the far seats are simply being covered by turning one front speaker louder, we’d rather look at a second MSpeaker Pro or a different distributed-audio design. Yealink’s star-topology support gives us that option without abandoning the soundbar architecture.

For training rooms or divisible spaces with a lot of ceiling area, the answer may be CS10 ceiling speakers and SkySound processing instead. Different room. Different tool. That’s especially relevant in UAE fit-outs where the AV decision is made while the ceiling grid is still open and proper speaker positions can be planned before handover.

MSpeaker Pro Export from Dubai

We supply Yealink MSpeaker Pro project quantities from Dubai to system integrators and corporate AV teams working across Ghana, Tanzania, Ethiopia, South Africa, Nigeria and Kenya. Orders can be combined with Yealink cameras, microphones, room controllers and Teams Room hardware so the site receives one coordinated AV shipment rather than separate accessory consignments.

FOB Dubai pricing is available for reseller and project quantities. Send the destination country, MSpeaker Pro quantity and the Yealink room system being deployed so we can check the full parts list before dispatch.

For repeat installations across banking branches, training centres or regional corporate offices, we can keep the room bill of materials consistent across sites. That matters when one missing PoE component can hold up a room that is otherwise ready to commission.

GCC and South Asia shipments are also handled from Dubai. WhatsApp +971 55 986 3697 with the project quantity and delivery market for current stock and export pricing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is MSpeaker Pro enough for a long 12-person boardroom?

It depends on the table length and seating positions rather than the seat count alone. MSpeaker Pro reaches up to 95 dB and supports multi-device expansion using star topology. For long or U-shaped rooms, we may specify more than one unit instead of driving one front speaker harder.

Can I connect MSpeaker Pro directly to my laptop for Teams or Zoom?

Not as a normal USB laptop speaker. MSpeaker Pro is designed as part of a supported Yealink room-audio architecture. BYOD access comes through the room system, such as an MVC configuration with the appropriate BYOD hardware. The speaker then handles audio output inside that room system.

Does MSpeaker Pro work with Etisalat, du or our office PABX?

It doesn’t register directly to Etisalat, du or a SIP PABX. MSpeaker Pro isn’t a telephone endpoint. If your Yealink meeting-room system has telephony or conferencing connectivity, the speaker reproduces the audio supplied by that host system.

Do I need a separate power socket behind the MSpeaker Pro?

Normally the design uses its PoE or PoE+ connection, with one network cable carrying power and data to the supported host. That’s one of the useful installation details in Dubai meeting rooms where power, HDMI and network cabling are already crowded behind the display.

Is the wall mount included with MSpeaker Pro?

Yealink’s current listing for part number 1306038 shows 1 MSpeaker Pro soundbar and 1 wall mount, with a 2-year hardware warranty. Cameras, microphones, controllers, displays and PoE room infrastructure are separate unless included in a larger bundle.
