Room Scheduling Panels
Meeting Room Booking Panels Dubai — Yealink RoomPanel & Scheduling Displays
It happens every morning in every office tower: the 10:00 meeting standing outside a room the 9:30 never left, two teams waving invites at the same door, and a manager walking the floor hunting for anywhere free. A room scheduling panel ends all of it with one screen beside each door — green means walk in, red means keep walking, the schedule is on the glass, and booking the room takes one touch where you stand. This page carries the Yealink RoomPanel family for Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms, plus the room sensor that quietly kills the most expensive meeting of all: the one nobody attended.
Where each screen lives: the panels on this page mount outside the door and manage the room’s schedule. The touch console inside the room that controls the meeting itself is a different device — the CTP25 and its family live with the room systems and Teams devices. Door decides who gets the room; table decides what happens in it.
Which Door Is Yours
The schedule lives on the panel, not in someone’s inbox — whose meeting it is, when it ends, and what comes next, visible to everyone at the door. The argument ends because the evidence is on the glass. Booking the next free slot takes one touch, right there.
Booked at 2, nobody came, and the room sat locked on every calendar until 3. The RoomPanel Plus E2 connects to room sensors as a stand-alone gateway — the RoomSensor Pro detects that nobody arrived, and the booking releases automatically. The most expensive meeting in the building stops existing.
Full RGB LED bars wrap the E2 panels, visible down the whole corridor — a glance from thirty metres shows which doors glow green. No app, no walking door to door reading screens: the floor itself displays its availability.
The E2 panels carry NFC/RFID readers and the Plus E2 adds a face-recognition camera — staff check in to their booking with the badge already on their lanyard, no-shows become data, and walk-up bookings tie to a real person. Facilities finally sees how the rooms are actually used.
DIFC, Business Bay, JLT — meeting rooms with nothing but glass to mount on. Yealink documents the glass installation officially: bracket, 3M procedure, cable routed clean, and a security latch so the panel stays where it was installed. Concrete, wood, glass or mullion — every door on the floor gets its screen.
One Ethernet cable per panel — PoE carries power and data — and every panel enrols into the same dashboards as the Teams and Zoom room systems. Android 13 with hardware-backed security on the E2 generation, remote management, and a rollout that finishes in a day, not a month.

The original RoomPanel came in separate Teams and Zoom editions; the E2 generation integrates both Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms on one panel, on Android 13 with MDEP hardware-backed security, so the platform choice is a setting rather than a purchase. Offices running the original panels keep them with pride — they work daily across Dubai — and new rollouts are quoted on E2. Same honest pattern as everywhere on this site: both answers, prices side by side.
Installed on Wall or Glass — All 7 Emirates
A panel rollout is a one-day project done properly: PoE cabling so each door needs a single Ethernet run, brackets on concrete, wood, glass or mullion — glass by Yealink’s documented 3M procedure, cable routed invisibly — security latches fitted, every panel enrolled into Teams Admin Center or Zoom Device Management beside your room systems, and a live booking test on every door before we leave. Coverage across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, including DMCC, DIFC and JLT. The rooms behind the doors live in the MeetingBoard and video conferencing ranges. Hours: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Resellers, Fit-Out Contractors and Export
Panels are a fit-out line as much as an IT line — office fit-out contractors across the UAE add scheduling panels to every meeting-room package, and we supply them wholesale with mounting kits counted per surface type. Export across the Middle East and Africa from Dubai stock. WhatsApp the door count and destination for a landed quotation.
Room Booking Panels Dubai — Questions Answered
What does a room scheduling panel actually do?
A meeting room panel puts the room’s calendar on its door: who has it now, when it ends, what is next — with LED colour visible down the corridor and one-touch booking for anyone standing there. It reads and writes the same Teams or Zoom Rooms calendar your invites already use, so nothing changes about how meetings are created.
Do I need a Teams version or a Zoom version?
On the current E2 generation, no — one panel integrates both Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms, and the platform is chosen in setup. The original generation came as dedicated Teams and Zoom editions, which we still supply for offices matching an existing fleet. Tell us your platform and the quotation carries the right answer.
Can the room release itself when nobody shows up?
Yes — that is the panel-plus-sensor pairing. The RoomSensor Pro detects whether anyone actually entered; the RoomPanel Plus E2 acts as its gateway and updates the schedule automatically, releasing ghost bookings so the room returns to the floor. It is the single feature that pays for the whole rollout in reclaimed rooms.
Can I book a room from the door without opening my laptop?
Yes — touch the panel, pick the free slot, done. On E2 panels with NFC/RFID, tapping a staff badge ties the walk-up booking to a person, and the Plus E2’s face recognition can do the same hands-free. The booking lands in the same calendar everyone sees.
What do the LED colours mean, and can we see them from far away?
Green for free, red for occupied — and on the E2 panels the LED bars wrap the panel with full RGB, bright enough to read down a corridor. Finding a free room becomes a glance across the floor instead of a walk along it.
How is a panel powered and connected?
One Ethernet cable — PoE carries power and network together, so each door needs a single clean run. DC power is there as a fallback, and Wi-Fi exists on the E2 panels, but PoE is the professional install and the one we cable by default.
Our meeting rooms have glass walls. Can panels mount on glass?
Yes — Yealink documents the glass installation officially, with the bracket, the 3M bonding procedure and a back-of-glass finishing sticker, and we install to that procedure with the cable routed cleanly. A security latch keeps the panel locked to its bracket. Glass towers are half our panel installations.
How does IT manage twenty panels across three floors?
From the same dashboard as the room systems — Teams Admin Center or Zoom Device Management — with the E2 generation on Android 13 and hardware-backed security. Enrolment happens during our installation, so day one is already managed, not a project waiting to start.
What does a room booking panel cost in Dubai?
Quoted by WhatsApp with stock confirmed — VAT included, indicative only — and always as a complete per-door figure: panel, mount for your surface, PoE point and installation, with the sensor pairing priced alongside where ghost meetings are the target. Send the door count; the AED figure returns within 30 minutes.
Which areas do you cover?
All 7 UAE emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah — including free zones such as DMCC, DIFC and JLT. Export supply across the Middle East and Africa from our Dubai warehouse.
