Yeastar P-Series IP PBX

Yeastar P-Series — Dubai Stock, AED Priced, Installed

Yeastar P-Series IP PBX Dubai & Abu Dhabi — P520 to P570 and the Software Edition

Somewhere in Dubai tonight, a customer will call an office at 9 PM, hear a recording, and call the competitor instead. The current Yeastar generation exists to end that story: a phone system where reception can see who is free before transferring, where the office number rings on staff mobiles as easily as on desks, where every call is recorded and reported — and, on the Software Edition, where an AI receptionist answers around the clock, greets the caller, answers questions from your own knowledge base, and routes the call to the right person. This page carries the whole current family — four appliances and the Software Edition — with the one honest boundary between them stated before you spend, not after.

The Box or the Brain — One Honest Choice Before Anything Else

The P-Series is one VoIP phone system in two forms, and the difference matters more in 2026 than it ever did. The appliances — P520, P550, P560, P570 — are the classic excellence: a box on the wall, your calls, your recordings, your call queues, module slots for analog lines and GSM, one visible hardware cost, running quietly for years. The Software Edition is the same system delivered as software on a small server or virtual machine in your office — licensed to your real size, growing without a hardware ceiling — and it is where the AI layer lives. The AI receptionist, call transcription, call summaries and voicemail-to-text run on the Software Edition; the appliances carry the full classic system without them. Nobody should discover that boundary after purchase, so it sits here at the top of the page. Classic office needs: the appliance ladder below is priced and stocked. AI answering and transcription on the roadmap: the Software Edition is the honest recommendation from day one.

Which Business Is Yours

The office moving off a Yeastar S-Series

You are the reason this page exists. Yeastar’s official migration tool carries your extensions, trunks and call routing from the S-Series into the P-Series — appliance or Software Edition — and your analog lines continue through gateways. And here is what the move actually feels like: from a system that stopped receiving features to one that receives them monthly.

The small office starting properly

Ten to twenty staff, first real phone system. The P520 at about AED 1,940 carries 20 users and 10 simultaneous calls, with a module slot for analog lines or a GSM channel — a complete professional PABX at the price of a good desk phone times three.

The business that misses calls at lunch and after six

Every unanswered ring is a customer forming a plan B. On the Software Edition, the AI receptionist answers every call, every hour — greets the caller, answers real questions from a knowledge base you approve, takes the details, and routes to the right person or their voicemail. The office closes; the front desk does not.

The team that works from everywhere

Linkus puts each person’s extension on their mobile, their laptop and their desk phone — signed in on all of them at once, ringing wherever they are. The manager in DIFC, the engineer on site in Ajman, the accountant working from home: one office number, answered anywhere, personal numbers kept private.

The sales floor that lives on reports

Call queues with live wallboards, recordings on every line, and custom call reports that show who answered, who missed, and when the phones run hottest. On the Software Edition, transcription and call summaries turn recordings into readable text — the sales meeting writes itself.

The owner who distrusts the word “subscription”

Fair. So here is the straight version: the appliance is yours, one price, on the wall. The plan is what keeps the system growing — new features land in firmware updates through the year, and the plan is the ticket. As one real example, the Enterprise plan for a P550 runs about AED 1,115 per year. Read the plans section below; the numbers are small and the honesty is complete.

The office full of Yealink phones already

The T-series desks and DECT cordless on this site auto-provision onto the P-Series in one batch — phones and system from one Dubai warehouse, configured as one order, tested as one installation.

New in 2026 — the AI Receptionist reached full release.

Rolled out across 2026 firmware releases and now in general availability: a lifelike AI front desk on the Software Edition. It answers every call, greets the caller, answers questions from a knowledge base built from your own documents, collects the caller’s details, and routes to the right extension — and it keeps improving, with recent releases adding connections to your business tools and even a choice of underlying AI models. Sixty free minutes come with the plan to try it on real calls; minute packs scale it after. If “we miss calls” is a sentence anyone in your office says, this is the feature the whole system is worth buying for — WhatsApp the words “AI receptionist” and we will demonstrate it live.

The Plans, Told Straight

The P-Series works on plans, and hiding that helps nobody. The system ships with a solid base of calling features that simply work. The Enterprise plan adds the layers a business actually runs on — Linkus mobile and desktop apps, call recording capacity, call queues and reporting, remote access from anywhere through secure links, and the integrations. The Ultimate plan adds video calling and video conferencing on top. As one real Dubai example, the Enterprise plan for a P550 runs about AED 1,115 per year — the price of one lost customer, roughly. And the fair question everyone asks quietly: what if the plan lapses one day? The system keeps making and taking calls; the plan features pause until it renews. No hostage situations — just an honest trade: the plan is what keeps new features arriving through the year, and the release notes through 2026 alone — AI answering, custom reports, multi-device Linkus, call-quality monitoring — show what that subscription actually buys. We size the plan with the hardware on one quotation, so the full cost of ownership is visible before anything is ordered.

Coming From an S-Series or K2 — The Landing Strip

The official replacements are direct: P550 for the S412, S20 and S50 class; P560 for the S100; P570 for the S300. Yeastar’s migration tool carries your configuration across — extensions keep numbers, trunks keep settings, routing arrives built — and analog lines or GSM modules continue through the gateway range, mapped port for port. K2 and K2 Lite owners follow the same road at larger scale. We run the whole move as a service: health check, verified backup, restore, phone re-registration, parallel test with your Etisalat or du trunks, after-hours cutover. The office arrives Monday to the same phones and numbers, on a system that gets better every quarter instead of older every year.

Yeastar P-Series Dubai — Questions Answered

Which P-Series model fits my office size?

By users: P520 up to 20, P550 up to 50, P560 to 100 and expandable, P570 to 300 and expandable. Growing businesses that expect to outgrow a box choose the Software Edition, which is licensed to your real size and simply grows. Send the staff count and the answer comes back priced.

Appliance or Software Edition — how do I choose?

Classic needs — calls, queues, recording, Linkus, analog lines through modules — the appliance is the simple, excellent answer at one visible cost. If the AI layer matters — AI receptionist, call transcription, call summaries — those run on the Software Edition, on a small server or virtual machine in your office. We say this before purchase because it is the one boundary that cannot be crossed later by wishing.

What exactly does the AI receptionist do?

It answers every call like a trained front desk that never sleeps: greets the caller, answers real questions from a knowledge base built on your documents and prices, collects the caller’s name and need, and routes the call to the right person — or takes the message when the office is closed. Sixty free minutes come with the plan to test it on your real calls; minute packs scale it from there. Ask for a live demonstration on WhatsApp.

Does the AI receptionist work on the P550 or P560 appliance?

No — and we tell you here rather than after delivery. The AI features run on the Software Edition. Appliance owners who want AI answering plan the Software Edition path, and we quote both side by side so the decision is made with the numbers visible.

What do the Enterprise and Ultimate plans cost, and what happens if a plan lapses?

As a real example, the Enterprise plan for a P550 is about AED 1,115 per year — it carries Linkus apps, recording, queues, reporting and remote access; Ultimate adds video calling and conferencing. If a plan ever lapses, the system keeps making and taking calls — the plan features pause until renewal. The plan is also the ticket to the firmware releases that keep adding features through the year.

Can staff answer the office number on their mobiles?

Yes — Linkus puts each extension on mobile, desktop, web and the desk phone, signed in on all of them at the same time. The call rings wherever the person is, the office number is what the customer sees, and personal numbers stay private.

I have a Yeastar S20, S100 or S300. What carries over when I migrate?

Extensions with their numbers, trunk settings, and inbound and outbound routing — through Yeastar’s official migration tool. Analog lines and GSM modules continue through gateway units mapped port for port. We run it as a service with an after-hours cutover; the full honest story lives on our S-Series page.

I have a K2 or K2 Lite. Where do I stand?

Supported — and honest about the road ahead. The K2 line is past its selling life; your system keeps working, we help with support and configuration backups, and when you choose to move, the P-Series migration path carries your setup at the scale K2 sites usually run. WhatsApp “K2” with your extension count.

Does the P-Series work with Etisalat and du lines, and with our Yealink phones?

Yes on both. SIP trunks from Etisalat and du register directly; existing analog lines continue through FXO gateways. Yealink desk phones and DECT cordless systems auto-provision onto the P-Series in one batch — the phones on this site and the system on this page are configured as one order.

Does it record calls and show call reports?

Yes — recording on the lines you choose, call queues with live views, and reports showing answered, missed and peak hours. On the Software Edition, transcription and call summaries turn recordings into readable text for review without listening back.

What does a Yeastar P-Series system cost in Dubai?

Appliances: P520 about AED 1,940, P550 about AED 2,015, P560 about AED 3,605, P570 about AED 6,175 — indicative only — plus the plan sized to your needs, with the Enterprise plan for a P550 around AED 1,115 per year as a reference. Software Edition licensing is quoted to your user count. One WhatsApp message with your staff count returns the complete figure.
