Does a Wi-Fi phone need any cable at all?
Only a power socket. The phone joins your wireless network and registers to the PABX like any cabled extension — same number plan, same transfers, same voicemail. The handsets go further still: they charge in a cradle and carry no cable at all during the day.
Is call quality on Wi-Fi really as good as a cabled phone?
On a healthy network, yes — indistinguishable. The honest condition is the network itself: good signal at the desk, the 5 GHz band where possible, and sensible settings on the router. We check exactly that before quoting a fleet, and we set the phones properly during delivery so the quality is engineered, not hoped for.
Do these work with 3CX, Yeastar and our existing PABX?
Yes — they are standard SIP phones and register to 3CX, Yeastar, Grandstream, Avaya and any SIP platform, alongside Etisalat and du trunks. A Wi-Fi desk and a cabled desk can sit as neighbouring extensions on the same system, and callers will never know which is which.
How does a 4G SIM desk phone actually work?
Insert a nano-SIM and the phone makes and receives calls over the mobile network — a full desk phone experience with no wiring and no internet line. The T67LTE and T74LTE come in regional band versions, and part of our job is supplying the variant that matches your country’s networks, confirmed before invoicing.
Which SIM and plan should we use in the UAE?

How long do the handset batteries last?
The rugged AX86R runs about 13 hours of talk and up to 300 hours on standby — a full shift with margin — and the AX83H about 9 hours of talk and 200 on standby, both with quick charging over USB-C. Spare cradles at the supervisor’s desk keep a fleet permanently ready.
What happens when our Wi-Fi password changes?
Handled properly, nothing dramatic: we configure the phones to your security policy, document every setting, and hand IT the exact steps — so a planned password rotation is a five-minute update, not a floor of silent desks. That documentation is part of the delivery, not an extra.
