Description
Yealink UH37 USB Wired Headset Teams & UC Dubai
Twenty people on one sales floor. Two Teams calls happening behind you. The AC above the desk has been running since 8AM, and somebody three metres away is explaining a quotation to a customer. That is where a normal laptop microphone starts sending half the office into your call.
The Yealink UH37 is made for that desk. It is a wired USB headset with 2 microphones, Yealink Acoustic Shield, 35mm speakers and a boom microphone that can be worn on either side. No charging dock. No Bluetooth pairing. Plug it into the computer or supported Yealink desk phone and start working. For Dubai sales teams, contact centres and shared offices where users sit close together, that simplicity matters more than adding another battery-powered device to the desk.

Mono or Dual — Pick the Version for the Actual Desk
The UH37 comes in Mono and Dual wearing styles. They do different jobs. Mono leaves one ear open, which makes sense for reception desks, service counters and supervisors who still need to hear colleagues around them. Dual covers both ears and is the version we normally look at for customer support, telesales, finance teams and staff spending several hours per day in Teams or softphone calls.
| Version | Weight | Where It Fits |
|---|---|---|
| UH37 Mono | 96.5g | Reception, supervisors, front desk, users who need one ear open |
| UH37 Dual | 139.5g | Sales teams, contact centres, Teams users, longer desk-based calls |
Both versions use the same 2-microphone approach and 35mm speaker platform. The decision is mostly about how much of the office the wearer needs to hear. In an open-plan JLT sales office, Dual usually makes more sense. At a DIFC reception desk where staff still need to respond to visitors standing in front of them, Mono is the practical choice.
The Microphone Is the Main Reason to Buy It
The person wearing the headset already knows what the office sounds like. The customer on the other end should not have to hear all of it. The UH37 uses 2 ECM microphones with Yealink Acoustic Shield to separate the wearer’s voice from surrounding office sound before that audio is sent into the call.
Two-Microphone Voice Pickup
One microphone is not trying to do everything. The dual-mic system gives the headset more information about what is close to the boom and what is happening farther away. In a busy Dubai office, that distinction is the difference between sending your customer one clear voice and sending them the whole row of desks.
Acoustic Shield
Yealink Acoustic Shield is aimed at the common office noises a headset microphone normally catches: nearby speech, keyboard activity and background conversations. It is especially useful in offices with glass partitions, where voices bounce around harder surfaces instead of being absorbed by soft walls.
The microphone frequency response is 100Hz to 10kHz. That range is built around speech rather than trying to behave like a studio microphone. Which is exactly what you want for business calling. Voices need to stay intelligible when somebody speaks quickly, softly or with background chatter behind them.
Lift the Boom. The Microphone Mutes.
Mute buttons are easy to miss when somebody walks up to your desk halfway through a call. The UH37 gives the user another option: raise the microphone boom and the mic mutes. Lower it again when you are ready to speak.
The boom rotates through 300 degrees, so the microphone can sit on the left or right side of the face. This sounds minor until a company rolls out 60 headsets and discovers half the team prefers the microphone on the other side because of monitor position, desk layout or simple habit.
There is still an inline controller for normal call handling, volume and mute. For Teams-heavy offices, choose the Teams version rather than assuming every UH37 SKU is identical. Connector choice matters too — USB-A, USB-C and current USB-C/A configurations exist depending on the exact SKU being ordered.
A Wired Headset Still Makes Sense for Large Teams
Wireless headsets are useful when staff need to walk around during calls. For people who stay at the desk, wired is often easier. There is no battery percentage to watch, no charging stand occupying space and no pairing issue when a hot-desk user sits down at a different PC.
That becomes more noticeable at scale. A 40-seat support team in Business Bay doesn’t need 40 people asking where their charging cables went. Plug the UH37 into the workstation, select it once in Teams or the softphone, and the desk is ready.
If your staff do need wireless movement between desks, meeting rooms and corridors, the Yealink headset range in Dubai also includes Bluetooth and DECT options. The UH37 belongs on desks where consistent USB calling is the priority.
Not the right fit?
If users need to walk away from the desk while staying on a call, don’t buy a wired UH37 and try to work around the cable. Look at a wireless Yealink WH or BH model instead. If the requirement is a low-cost basic USB headset for occasional calls, a UH34-class model may also be enough.
35mm Speakers for Calls, Meetings and Music
The UH37 uses 35mm speakers with a stated 20Hz to 20kHz speaker frequency response. That gives it enough range for voice meetings, training videos and music between calls without forcing users to keep a second pair of headphones on the desk.
Yealink also uses dynamic EQ so the headset can change how it treats audio depending on whether the user is on a call or listening to media. Spoken voice gets the clarity it needs. Music is handled differently. For a staff member who moves between Teams, browser-based training and Spotify during the same day, that is more useful than quoting one generic audio profile.
The Dual version is the one to consider when HVAC noise or nearby conversation is distracting even before it reaches the microphone. It does not turn a crowded DMCC sales floor into a silent room, but covering both ears gives the wearer more separation from the people around them than the Mono version.
Microsoft Teams, UC Platforms and Yealink Desk Phones

Microsoft Teams-certified UH37 versions are available for organisations standardising their headset estate around Teams. UC versions are also available for companies using browser calling, softphones or mixed applications. The important part when ordering project quantities is getting the version and connector right before 20 or 50 boxes arrive at the office.
The UH37 also works directly with supported Yealink desk phones, including models such as the T54W and T57W. That is useful for companies where staff use a physical SIP phone for customer calls but join Teams meetings from the computer. One headset can cover both types of desk workflow when the exact phone and connection are checked before deployment.
If you are building the headset around an existing phone deployment, see the Yealink IP phone range. For larger projects we match the UH37 variant against the installed phone model, PC ports and user role before the order is released.

Managing UH37 Headsets Across a Larger Office
Buying one headset is easy. Buying 40 for a contact centre is different. IT needs to know which connector was ordered, which users have the Teams version, and how headset settings are handled when staff move desks or machines are replaced.
The UH37 works with Yealink USB Connect on PC, the Yealink Connect application and Yealink device-management tools. That gives IT teams a cleaner way to handle supported device settings across a larger deployment instead of treating every headset as an isolated accessory.
For offices in DIFC, DMCC or Abu Dhabi rolling out headsets floor by floor, we normally check three things before supply: PC port type, Teams or UC requirement, and whether any users also need the headset on a Yealink desk phone. Ten minutes spent on that list prevents a box of USB-A headsets arriving for a laptop fleet that only has USB-C.

What Comes in the Box
The standard UH37 package contains the headset, carrying case and quick-start guide. The exact headset inside depends on the SKU ordered — Mono or Dual, Teams or UC, and the required USB connection.
For project orders, the SKU matters more than the box artwork. A purchasing team may simply write “UH37 Dual” on the request while the users actually need a Teams-certified USB-C version. We confirm the connector and platform before releasing larger quantities.
Not included — check before ordering
The UH37 is a wired headset, so there is no wireless base station or charging dock in the box. If staff need to move around during calls, use a wireless WH or BH series headset instead. For direct desk-phone use, confirm the Yealink phone model and available USB connection before rollout.
Using the UH37 with Yealink Desk Phones and UAE PABX Systems
The UH37 does not register to a PABX by itself. It is the audio device. The desk phone or computer handles the call connection. That distinction matters when an office uses Etisalat or du SIP services through a PBX and wants staff to keep using physical phones at their desks.
On supported Yealink phones such as the T54W and T57W, the headset connects to the phone by USB. The phone remains registered to the office PBX or SIP service, while the UH37 handles the user’s microphone and listening audio. So an Etisalat or du business line can still be used through the existing phone system without the headset needing any carrier configuration of its own.
This setup is common in Dubai offices where staff use a desk phone for customer calls and Microsoft Teams on the PC for internal meetings. The same desk can support both workflows without switching to a separate consumer headset.
If the project also needs handsets, see the Yealink IP phone range. We can match the phone model and UH37 version before supply so there is no guesswork during deployment.
Deployment Across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the UAE
A headset rollout is not a wall-mount job, but larger deployments still need planning. For Yealink UH37 UAE projects, we check the workstation ports, Teams or UC requirement, headset wearing style and any Yealink desk-phone models already on site before the boxes are distributed.
1
Check the desk — Confirm USB-A or USB-C, Teams or UC, Mono or Dual, and whether the user also has a Yealink IP phone.
2
Deploy by user group — Reception may get Mono. Sales and support usually get Dual. Teams-certified SKUs go to Teams-heavy users rather than being mixed randomly across the office.
3
Test before handover — Check microphone selection, call audio, mute behaviour and the user’s primary calling application before the deployment is signed off.
Supply and deployment support is available across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. For multi-floor offices in JLT, DMCC and Business Bay, project quantities can be split by department or site so each desk receives the correct UH37 variant.
Related Yealink Headsets and Desk Products
The UH37 sits between basic occasional-use USB headsets and the newer wireless or hybrid models. Which direction to move depends on the job, not the price tag.
Yealink UH34 Lite — a lighter entry point for users who only make occasional calls. See the Yealink wired headset range when equipping basic admin or back-office desks.
Yealink UH38 — worth considering when the requirement moves beyond a basic wired USB workflow. Compare it inside the Yealink headset range in Dubai.
Yealink WH64 — for staff who need wireless movement away from the desk while staying on a call. It belongs to the same business headset family.
Yealink BH76 Plus — for mobile users who move between laptop, calls and different work areas. See the Bluetooth headset options.
Yealink T54W — a common desk-phone pairing for offices that want physical SIP phones with USB headset support. Browse Yealink IP phones.
Yealink T57W — another supported desk-phone option for users who want a larger screen and direct USB headset workflow. It is part of the Yealink desk-phone range.
Yealink BLT60 — useful where a larger external presence indicator is required around busy desks. Related headset accessories are listed under Yealink accessories.
Where the UH37 Fits in a Real Dubai Office
A 30-seat insurance team in a glass-partition office is a better example than a studio product photo. Half the staff are on customer calls. The other half are discussing cases with each other. Air conditioning is running all day, and nobody wants to charge another device before the afternoon shift starts.
That is the sort of environment where the UH37 Dual makes sense. Wired connection. Two microphones. Both ears covered. A visible busylight when the user is occupied. Lift the boom when somebody walks up to the desk and the microphone is muted without hunting for a button.
For reception or front-of-house staff, use the Mono version instead. They still get the same basic microphone approach but keep one ear open to the room. Different desks, different answer. Buying one headset model in one wearing style for every employee is usually where these rollouts go wrong.
UH37 Export Supply from Dubai
Project quantities of the Yealink UH37 ship from Dubai to enterprise procurement teams and IT resellers across South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya and Egypt. Mono, Dual, Teams and UC requirements can be separated on the same project quotation where different user groups need different versions.
FOB Dubai pricing is available for carton and project quantities. For larger headset deployments, send the required quantity together with USB-A or USB-C preference so the correct SKU mix is quoted from the start.
GCC and South Asia shipments are also handled from Dubai. Export buyers should confirm the exact UH37 configuration rather than ordering only by family name, particularly where Microsoft Teams certification or USB-C is mandatory.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I buy the UH37 Mono or Dual for our office?
Choose Mono if the user needs to hear colleagues, visitors or reception activity while on a call. Choose Dual for sales, support and contact-centre desks where concentration matters more. The Mono version weighs 96.5g and the Dual version weighs 139.5g.
Can I plug the UH37 directly into our Yealink T54W or T57W phones?
Yes, those models are among the supported Yealink desk phones for direct USB headset use. The phone handles the SIP or PBX connection and the UH37 becomes the microphone and earpiece. Confirm the exact phone model before ordering a large quantity.
Will the UH37 work if our office lines are from Etisalat or du?
The carrier does not connect to the headset directly. If your Etisalat or du service is delivered through a compatible PBX, Yealink desk phone or PC softphone, the UH37 handles the user’s call audio through that device. We check the phone or softphone setup rather than treating the headset as a SIP endpoint.
Do we need drivers or charging docks for every desk?
No charging dock is required because the UH37 is wired and powered through USB. For a normal supported PC or Yealink phone deployment, the headset is designed around direct USB use. That is one reason it suits larger fixed-desk teams.
Can you help deploy 30 or 50 UH37 headsets across our Dubai or Abu Dhabi office?
Yes. We check USB-A versus USB-C, Teams versus UC, Mono versus Dual, and any Yealink desk-phone models before supply. Deployment support covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi and all 7 UAE emirates, with user testing before handover where required.
Is the Yealink UH37 in stock in Dubai?
UH37 stock is held in Dubai, with availability dependent on the exact Mono, Dual, Teams, UC and connector version required. WhatsApp +971 55 986 3697 with the quantity and preferred connector for a same-day stock check and AED quote.
