Yealink UH34 Lite Dubai

Yealink UH34 Lite Dubai

You’ve got 20, 50 or 100 people taking calls all day, and the headset choice matters more than it looks. Heavy units get left on desks. Cheap microphones carry HVAC hum, nearby conversations and keyboard noise straight into the call. In a Dubai office with glass partitions and closely packed workstations, that gets tiring fast.

The Yealink UH34 Lite is a wired USB headset built for daily desk use. Choose Mono when staff need to hear colleagues around them, or Dual when they need more passive isolation from the room. The Lite Mono weighs about 84 g and the Lite Dual about 110 g, so both stay light through long support, sales and reception shifts.

A 28 mm speaker handles voice and everyday media, while Yealink Acoustic Shield helps reduce unwanted sound reaching the far end of the call. The microphone boom rotates through 320°, and the cable provides roughly 2.1 metres of total reach from headset to USB connection — useful when the desktop PC is mounted below the workstation.

Four main versions are available: UH34 Lite Mono Teams, Mono UC, Dual Teams and Dual UC. The Teams edition is Microsoft Teams certified, while UC models are suited to common softphone environments. Compatible Yealink USB desk phones are also supported on specified models.

Yealink UH34 Lite UAE stock is available from Dubai for call centres, offices, helpdesks and multi-seat deployments. Supply across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and all 7 UAE emirates, with project quantities available for larger headset rollouts.

Description

Yealink UH34 Lite Mono & Dual USB Headset Teams & UC Dubai

Thirty people on calls at the same time. Ceiling AC running hard because it is August in Dubai. The sales desk is beside the support desk, somebody is typing two seats away, and half the PCs are mounted under the workstation. That is where headset problems show up. A heavy headset gets pushed off after an hour. A short cable pulls against the desk. A weak microphone carries the whole office into the customer call.

The Yealink UH34 Lite is made for that kind of desk. It is a wired USB headset with Mono and Dual versions, Microsoft Teams and UC variants, inline call controls, Acoustic Shield microphone processing and hearing protection built around everyday office use. The Lite Mono weighs about 84 g. The Lite Dual is about 110 g. No battery to charge. No Bluetooth pairing to troubleshoot. Plug it into a supported computer or compatible Yealink USB desk phone and get on with the call.

Mono or Dual — Pick This Before You Order

The UH34 Lite is not one headset with a cosmetic choice. Mono and Dual suit different jobs. In a JLT reception desk, warehouse office or service counter, the person wearing the headset may still need to hear somebody standing beside them. Mono leaves one ear open. In a busy support floor or inside-sales team, Dual covers both ears and gives more passive separation from nearby conversations.

Version Part Number Typical Fit
UH34 Lite Mono Teams 1308046 Teams users who still need one ear open
UH34 Lite Mono UC 1308047 General UC, softphone and front-desk work
UH34 Lite Dual Teams 1308048 Teams users on busier calling floors
UH34 Lite Dual UC 1308049 Call centres, sales desks and general UC

The Teams and UC versions are also different ordering choices. The Teams edition is Microsoft Teams certified and includes Teams-oriented control behaviour. The UC version is aimed at wider softphone use. If you are buying 40 or 100 units for one floor, confirm which application your staff actually use before ordering. Mixing the wrong variants across a deployment creates support calls that should never have existed.

Why the Lite Version Exists

The main distinction between the UH34 Lite and standard UH34 is the ear cushion material. The Lite version uses foam ear cushions. The standard UH34 uses leatherette. That sounds minor until you are buying for 80 seats.

Foam keeps the Lite version straightforward for large rollouts where the priorities are low weight, wired reliability and cost control. There is no active noise cancellation here. The earcups provide passive isolation, while the microphone side uses Yealink Acoustic Shield to reduce unwanted surrounding sound reaching the far end.

Need active noise cancellation?

The UH34 Lite does not have ANC. If the user works beside a loud open-office aisle, travels regularly, or needs stronger isolation from HVAC and surrounding voices, look at the Yealink Bluetooth and ANC headset range instead. For fixed desk calling, the UH34 Lite keeps the setup simpler.

The Cable Length Is More Useful Than It Looks

A lot of Dubai office PCs sit below the desk, clipped under the worktop or inside a cable-managed workstation. That is where short headset leads become irritating. The UH34 Lite uses about 1.2 metres from the headset to the inline controller, then another 0.9 metres from the controller to the USB connection. Roughly 2.1 metres overall.

That gives the user enough movement to sit back, turn to a second screen or reach a drawer without dragging the USB plug sideways. The inline controller stays within hand reach for mute and volume. Small detail. Very noticeable after 150 desks are installed.

Microphone and Call Audio

Acoustic Shield

The microphone processing is designed to reduce unwanted surrounding sound reaching the other caller. Think keyboard clicks from the next desk, low office conversation and steady air-conditioning noise rather than a promise to erase the whole room. In a glass-partition office in DIFC or DMCC, that matters more than a flashy feature name.

320° Boom Rotation

The microphone boom rotates through 320 degrees, so users can position it on either side and move it out of the way when they are off-call. That also helps when headsets are issued from a shared stock pool and staff have different wearing preferences.

The headset uses a 28 mm speaker with a 20 Hz to 20 kHz speaker frequency response. The microphone response is 100 Hz to 10 kHz. Those numbers cover normal speech clearly while also making the headset usable for training clips, browser audio and everyday computer sound between calls.

Yealink also builds in hearing-protection measures including Peak Block and standards-based protection functions designed to limit sudden high-level sound and daily noise exposure. For call-centre managers, that is more useful than simply asking whether a headset can “go loud.” Staff may wear these units for hours.

Microsoft Teams, UC Apps and Yealink Desk Phones

The Microsoft Teams version is certified for Teams. Yealink also lists support across common UC environments including Zoom, RingCentral, 3CX and Unify. Call-control behaviour can vary by application, so for a large company rollout we match the headset variant to the actual softphone rather than assuming every button behaves identically on every platform.

The UH34 family also works over USB with specified Yealink desk phones, including models such as T42U, T43U, T46U, T48U, T53, T53W, T54W, T57W, T58A and VP59. That makes it useful in offices where some staff work from a PC softphone while others sit on physical desk phones.

If your rollout includes phones as well as headsets, see the Yealink IP phone range. We can check the exact phone model before supply instead of treating “USB headset compatible” as a blanket promise.

Where the UH34 Lite Fits in a Dubai Office

For fixed desks, contact-centre seats, reception positions, sales teams, helpdesks and support staff, the UH34 Lite makes sense because there is very little to manage at user level. No charging rotation. No pairing list. No employee arriving at 9:02 AM with a flat headset battery before a customer call.

Mono is usually the better fit where awareness matters. Reception. Service counter. Team leader. Dual is the more sensible choice where staff spend most of the day on calls and surrounding speech is the bigger distraction. For a 60-seat operation in Business Bay or a support floor in Dubai Silicon Oasis, that choice should be made by job role rather than giving everybody the same box.

Not the right headset for mobile staff?

The UH34 Lite is a wired desk headset. If staff regularly walk between desks, take calls away from the workstation, or move between meeting rooms, use a wireless model from the Yealink headset range. For fixed call-centre and office positions, wired USB avoids the battery and pairing overhead.

One Headset, Different Desk Setups

The UH34 Lite is easiest to understand as a USB audio device. On a PC, it becomes the microphone and speaker for the calling application. On a compatible Yealink desk phone, it connects through the phone’s USB port and handles the user’s call audio there. No separate base station sitting behind the monitor.

That makes mixed Dubai offices easier to standardise. The support team may use Microsoft Teams on Windows PCs. Reception may sit on a Yealink T54W. Another department may work through 3CX or RingCentral. The headset can fit several of those desks, but the exact call-control behaviour depends on the application or phone model being used.

For hot-desking, the wired connection also removes one common support problem: Bluetooth pairing left behind from the previous user. Move the headset to another supported workstation, plug it in and select it as the audio device. For permanent desks, cable clips under the worktop keep the roughly 2.1-metre lead away from chair wheels and drawer runners.

PABX, Etisalat and du — What the Headset Actually Connects To

The UH34 Lite does not register to a PABX, Etisalat or du by itself. It is not a SIP endpoint and it does not have its own telephone account. The connection is through the PC softphone or through a compatible USB-equipped desk phone.

If your office telephone line arrives through an Etisalat or du business service and terminates on a PABX, the headset works at the user end of that setup. For example: the PABX provides the extension, the Yealink desk phone handles the SIP account, and the UH34 Lite provides the user’s microphone and earpiece. With PC calling, the softphone application performs the same job.

Check the phone model before ordering 50 units

Yealink documents USB headset support on specific desk phones including T42U, T43U, T46U, T48U, T53, T53W, T54W, T57W, T58A and VP59. Send us the exact phone model when quoting a larger deployment and we will match the headset before supply.

What Comes in the UH34 Lite Box

The order is supplied as the selected UH34 Lite headset variant with its attached cable and inline controller, together with the standard product documentation for that SKU. The headset itself is wired, so there is no charging dock or wireless base to assemble on the desk.

The important part is choosing the correct SKU before the cartons arrive: Mono or Dual, then Teams or UC. For project orders we keep the model description and part number on the quotation so purchasing does not end up with a mixed batch that looks almost identical from the outside.

Not included — order separately if your setup needs it

PC, desk phone, USB extension cable, external USB hub and replacement ear cushions are not part of the standard headset order. A wireless base is not required because the UH34 Lite is a wired headset. If the workstation has awkward USB placement, confirm the desk layout before adding extensions across a large deployment.

Related Yealink Headsets and Desk Equipment

The UH34 Lite is the straightforward wired choice. If the user needs a different wearing style, wireless movement or stronger isolation, these are the products we normally compare around it:

Related Product When to Consider It
Yealink UH34 Same wired family with leatherette ear cushions rather than Lite foam cushions.
Yealink BH76 For users who need Bluetooth mobility and active noise cancellation.
Yealink BH72 Wireless office use where staff regularly move away from the desk.
Yealink WH62 DECT desk use where wireless range matters more than Bluetooth portability.
Yealink WH63 Single-ear DECT option for users who need wireless movement and room awareness.
Yealink T54W A supported USB desk-phone option for office users who do not work from a PC softphone.
Yealink Headset Accessories For dongles, adapters and other headset-related items used elsewhere in a Yealink deployment.

Call Centres and Multi-Seat Office Rollouts

A headset rollout is rarely difficult because of one desk. It becomes difficult at 80 desks. Different applications. Users swapping seats. PCs hidden under worktops. A few reception positions on physical phones. Then somebody discovers that purchasing ordered one variant for everybody.

For contact centres and support teams, we normally split the requirement by role. Dual for staff spending most of the shift on customer calls. Mono for supervisors, reception and users who still need to speak with colleagues beside them. Teams SKUs where Teams call control is required; UC versions where the estate runs another supported softphone.

The same approach works in legal offices in DIFC, trading companies in DMCC and customer-service teams in JLT. Glass partitions don’t stop office noise completely, and Dubai HVAC runs for much of the year. The UH34 Lite won’t create silence around the user, but its microphone processing, low weight and wired connection make it a practical fixed-desk option where calls happen for hours rather than minutes.

Yealink UH34 Lite UAE Supply — Dubai and Abu Dhabi

Yealink UH34 Lite UAE orders are supplied from Dubai for individual desks and project quantities. For larger office deployments we can separate Mono, Dual, Teams and UC quantities on the same quotation so each department receives the right SKU.

Supply covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. For offices rolling out both phones and headsets, we can also check the existing Yealink phone models before dispatch and avoid a USB compatibility problem appearing during installation.

UH34 Lite Export from Dubai — Africa and MEA

Enterprise procurement teams and IT resellers can order UH34 Lite project quantities for shipment from Dubai to South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana and Egypt. Mono and Dual quantities can be mixed within the same project where different job roles need different wearing styles.

Teams and UC part numbers are quoted separately, which matters when a rollout covers more than one customer environment. That avoids sending a generic “UH34 Lite” carton count with no control over the actual SKU split.

FOB Dubai pricing is available for reseller and enterprise orders, with packing based on the confirmed project quantity. For larger deployments, send the destination, required part numbers and quantities on WhatsApp so the commercial quote matches the actual headset mix.

GCC and South Asia shipment requests can be handled from the same Dubai stock lane. Export buyers should confirm connector and SKU requirements before the purchase order rather than treating every regional UH34 Lite listing as identical.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I order UH34 Lite Mono or Dual for our staff?

Choose Mono when the user needs to hear colleagues or customers around the desk at the same time as the call. Choose Dual when the user spends more of the day on calls and wants both ears covered for better passive separation from the room. Lite Mono is about 84 g; Lite Dual is about 110 g.

What is the difference between the Teams and UC versions?

The Teams edition is Microsoft Teams certified and is the safer choice when Teams is the company’s primary calling application. The UC version is intended for wider softphone deployments. UH34 Lite call-control behaviour can vary by application, so for project quantities we match the SKU to the actual platform before supply.

Will the UH34 Lite work with our Yealink desk phones?

It works over USB with specified Yealink phones. Documented compatible models include T42U, T43U, T46U, T48U, T53, T53W, T54W, T57W, T58A and VP59. Send us the exact desk-phone model before a bulk order and we will confirm the combination.

Does the UH34 Lite connect directly to Etisalat or du?

No. The headset itself is not a SIP phone. An Etisalat or du business line normally connects through your PABX, desk phone or PC calling application. The UH34 Lite connects at the user end by USB and provides the microphone, earpiece and supported call controls.

Does the UH34 Lite have active noise cancellation?

No. The UH34 Lite does not have ANC. It uses passive ear coverage and Yealink Acoustic Shield microphone processing. If the user needs active noise cancellation for a loud open office or frequent travel, choose an ANC-equipped wireless headset from the Yealink headset range.
