There are two different requirements that get mixed together when Dubai offices ask for “wireless presentation.” The first is simple: put the laptop screen on the meeting room display. The PA20 establishes its own wireless connection to the compatible room system. A visitor can present without joining the corporate WLAN first. Does PA20 Connect to Your PABX, Etisalat or du?
Not directly. The Yealink PA20 isn’t a SIP phone, SIP gateway or PABX endpoint. It doesn’t register an extension to 3CX, Yeastar, Grandstream UCM, Avaya, Etisalat or du. Its job is presentation and BYOD connectivity between a laptop and a compatible Yealink room system.
If your meeting room also needs normal telephone calling through an office PABX, that function is handled by the room system or by separate voice infrastructure. We check the full room design during installation rather than pretending the PA20 replaces hardware it was never designed to replace.
