Yealink MeetingBoard 75C Dubai

Yealink MeetingBoard 75C Dubai

A 12-seat meeting room with a 75-inch screen should be simple. Instead, somebody walks in with a laptop, hunts for the HDMI cable, switches the camera input, then discovers the room microphone isn’t selected. In a glass-partition office in DIFC, JLT or DMCC, that can become the first five minutes of every client call.

The Yealink MeetingBoard 75C is built for rooms where Google Workspace and Google Meet are part of the daily routine. The MB75C-EDLA combines a 75-inch 4K touch display, a 50MP wide-angle camera with 98.2° horizontal field of view, an 8-microphone array with up to 8 metres of full-duplex pickup, speakers and digital whiteboarding in one board.

Google EDLA gives users access to Google Meet, Chrome, Drive, YouTube and apps through Google Play. For visitors using another meeting platform, the board can also work with a connected laptop through BYOD/BYOM accessories such as the VCH51 Pro.

The 75C is aimed at medium rooms and open collaboration areas for roughly 6–12 people. Video Fence helps keep movement outside glass meeting-room boundaries out of the camera frame, while Auto Framing, Picture-in-Picture and Multi-Focus adjust the view during live meetings.

Yealink MeetingBoard 75C UAE supply and installation is available across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and all 7 emirates. Wall mounting, mobile stand options, network setup, Google configuration, BYOD testing and cloud-management enrolment can all be handled as part of the room installation.

Description

Yealink MeetingBoard 75C -Inch Google Meet Board Dubai

Twelve people are booked into a meeting room in Business Bay. The 75-inch display is already on the wall, but the meeting still starts with a laptop on the table, an HDMI cable nobody can find, and somebody checking whether the room camera has actually been selected. Then a colleague walks past the glass partition and appears behind the speaker on the remote call. The screen isn’t the problem. The room setup is.

The Yealink MeetingBoard 75C replaces that collection of separate parts with one 75-inch 4K touch board. Camera, microphones, speakers, whiteboard and Google workspace access sit in the same unit. The MB75C-EDLA is aimed at medium meeting rooms and open collaboration areas for roughly 6 to 12 people, which makes it a natural fit for main conference rooms in JLT, DIFC, DMCC and Abu Dhabi offices where the company already works in Google Workspace.

A Meeting Board for Google Workspace Offices

The MeetingBoard 75C runs Android 15 and is built around Google’s EDLA environment. Google Meet, Chrome, Drive and YouTube can be used directly on the board, and Google Play gives the IT team access to additional approved apps. For a company where staff already live in Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Meet, that matters more than adding another separate room computer behind the screen.

Users can walk into the room, work from the large touch display, open shared files and join their Google meetings without turning the room into a cable exercise. The same board can then handle a visitor bringing a laptop for another meeting service through BYOD or BYOM. That split is important: Google is the board’s native working environment, while laptop-based meetings give the room flexibility when a client arrives using another platform.

One Board Instead of Five Separate Devices

The 75C combines the room display, touch surface, 50MP camera, 8-microphone array, speakers and whiteboard into one enclosure. Fewer boxes behind the screen. Fewer power supplies. Fewer USB connections to troubleshoot when somebody moves a cable during an office fit-out.

Google Meet Native, Other Platforms Through the Laptop

The MB75C-EDLA shouldn’t be confused with a native Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms board. Google Meet is the native room path. If a visitor needs Teams, Zoom, Webex or another laptop application, BYOD accessories let the laptop use the MeetingBoard camera, microphones, speakers and display.

50MP Camera — Built for a Wide Table, Not a Laptop Seat

The camera uses a 50MP sensor with a 98.2-degree horizontal field of view. On a medium conference table, that gives the board enough width to see people sitting across the room without positioning a separate PTZ camera at the back wall. Electronic pan and tilt plus 4x digital zoom allow the image to be adjusted without moving the display itself.

Auto Framing changes the camera composition as people enter or leave. Picture-in-Picture keeps a room view while presenting a closer view of the active area. Multi-Focus can give remote participants a clearer look at several people instead of leaving everyone as small figures across one wide image.

For Dubai offices with glass meeting rooms, Video Fence is one of the more practical functions. The camera can be told where the actual meeting area ends. Movement outside that boundary — somebody walking down the corridor behind the glass, a courier passing the door, another team moving through the open office — doesn’t need to become part of the meeting frame. In a DMCC or DIFC fit-out where nearly every room wall is transparent, that feature is easier to appreciate after the first busy day.

Eight Microphones and an 8-Metre Pickup Range

The built-in audio system uses an 8-microphone beamforming array with full-duplex pickup rated up to 8 metres. That’s why the 75C makes sense in the 6-to-12-seat room class. People don’t have to lean towards a conference phone in the middle of the table, and the table itself stays clear for laptops, documents and coffee instead of being filled with audio hardware.

Yealink’s AI noise processing is designed to identify voices while suppressing non-human background noise. In Dubai, that usually means constant HVAC airflow, chair movement across hard flooring, keyboard noise and conversation leaking in from the open office. The air-conditioning isn’t going off for the meeting. The audio system has to deal with it while people keep talking normally.

For longer rooms, the built-in 8-metre coverage still needs to be treated as a physical limit rather than a magic number. If the meeting table extends well beyond the normal 6-to-12-seat layout, an expansion audio design may be more sensible. The Yealink room audio and microphone range gives us options when the room dimensions are larger than the board’s built-in audio was designed to cover.

Which Room Size Fits the MeetingBoard 75C?

The 75C is not a small-room display that happens to be physically large. It is the C-series model for the room where people sit several metres from the screen and the camera has to see an actual conference table. Yealink positions the 65C for smaller 1-to-6-person spaces and the 75C for approximately 6 to 12 people.

Room Type Seats Recommended Setup
Focus / Small Room 1–6 MeetingBoard 65C
Medium Meeting Room 6–12 MeetingBoard 75C — this model
Large / Long Boardroom 12+ Separate-room system or MeetingBoard Pro design after room survey

When the 75C isn’t the right choice

If you need a certified native Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms board that joins meetings directly without a laptop, don’t buy the 75C assuming the badge is interchangeable. The MeetingBoard C line is the Google/BYOM route. For a native Teams or Zoom room, choose the appropriate Yealink Microsoft Teams room system or MeetingBoard Pro configuration. For rooms much larger than 12 seats, we also recommend a room survey before specifying the display and audio system.

Platform Compatibility — What Runs Where

Google Meet Native ✓
Google Play ✓
Chrome / Drive ✓
Teams via BYOD ✓
Zoom via BYOD ✓
Webex via BYOD ✓

For Google Workspace companies, the main benefit is obvious: the room doesn’t need a separate meeting PC to become useful. Google services are part of the board environment. Staff can work from the screen, access approved apps and use the board as a shared collaboration surface.

Mixed-platform companies still have a route. Add the right accessory and a laptop can take control of the meeting while using the MeetingBoard’s camera, microphones, speakers and 75-inch display. That is the setup we normally discuss with Dubai offices that use Google internally but regularly host clients on Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

BYOD and Laptop Sharing — Choose the Right Accessory

A Google Workspace office still receives guests who arrive with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex or another meeting app on their laptop. In that situation the MeetingBoard 75C can become the room hardware while the visitor’s laptop runs the call. The camera, microphones, speakers and 75-inch display stay in the room. The meeting account stays on the visitor’s computer.

For wired BYOD, the VCH51 Pro and Yealink BYOD accessories are the items to discuss before ordering the board. The VCH51 Pro is listed for the MB75C-EDLA and provides a single USB-C laptop connection for BYOD and content sharing. That makes more sense in a shared Dubai boardroom than leaving separate HDMI and USB cables loose across the table.

WPP20, WPP30 or PA20?

Don’t order a presentation pod only because it looks similar. The WPP20 is for wireless content presentation. For a room where a laptop must also use the board’s camera, microphones and speakers wirelessly, specify a full BYOD-capable option such as WPP30 or PA20 where supported by the deployment. Tell us how the room will actually be used before the accessory list is finalised.

For straightforward screen sharing, the 75C also supports wired HDMI input and wireless presentation methods including AirPlay and Miracast. An internal presentation may need nothing more. A client video call is different. That’s why we separate “share my screen” from “use the whole room for my laptop call” when preparing the quotation.

What About Etisalat, du and the Office PABX?

The MeetingBoard 75C is primarily a video collaboration board, not a replacement for the company’s desk-phone system. Google Meet calls and laptop-based video meetings run through the collaboration platform and internet connection. Normal calls to UAE telephone numbers remain part of the office telephony setup.

If your company uses an Etisalat or du business voice service, 3CX, Yeastar, Grandstream UCM, Avaya or another SIP PABX, we handle that as a separate room requirement rather than promising that the board itself becomes the PABX endpoint. A conference-room phone or suitable SIP device can be specified alongside the MeetingBoard where PSTN calling is required. See our Yealink IP phone range for office voice endpoints.

What’s in the Box — and What Usually Gets Added

The MeetingBoard C package includes the board itself, a 3-metre power cable, a 3-metre network cable, two stylus pens, cable ties and the quick-start documentation.

For the 75C, mounting needs to be included in the room plan. The MB-WallMount-860 is the matching wall-mount option in the MeetingBoard C family. A floor or mobile stand can make more sense for training areas, project rooms and open collaboration spaces where the board needs to move instead of staying fixed to one wall.

Not included — plan these before delivery

Wall mount or mobile stand, BYOD accessory such as VCH51 Pro, wireless presentation/BYOD pod where required, and any additional room cabling or network point. We build these into the room quotation so a 75-inch board doesn’t arrive on site with nowhere to mount it.

Installation in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

A 75-inch board weighing tens of kilograms isn’t a product we treat like a desktop monitor. Before installation, we check the wall or stand position, power, wired network point, table distance and camera sightline. Glass partitions matter too. A screen mounted opposite a full-height glass wall in DIFC can produce a very different room than the same board installed against a solid wall in an Abu Dhabi office.

1

Room check — Confirm board position, wall or stand, power, network, table distance and how guests will connect laptops.

2

Mount and configure — Install the board, connect network and accessories, configure the Google environment and set the required room-sharing path.

3

Live test — Test camera framing, microphone pickup, content sharing and the laptop BYOD path before the room is handed over.

Yealink MeetingBoard 75C UAE supply and installation covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Installation is included with the supplied room solution. For multi-room projects in DMCC, JLT, DIFC or Business Bay, boards can be configured to the same standard before handover so users don’t find a different workflow in every meeting room.

Managing Several MeetingBoards Without Visiting Every Room

One board is easy to check by walking down the corridor. Ten boards across Dubai and Abu Dhabi are a different job. The MB75C-EDLA supports Yealink Management Cloud Service, or YMCS, as well as Yealink Device Management Platform for local deployment requirements.

That gives an IT team a central place to monitor device and security status, handle deployment tasks and diagnose problems remotely. For a company fitting the same 75C into several offices, remote visibility is often more valuable six months after installation than it looks on the purchase order. Nobody wants to drive from JLT to another branch only to discover the room simply lost its network connection.

Where the MeetingBoard 75C Makes Sense

Professional-services firms are an obvious fit. A consulting team can run its internal meetings through Google Meet in the morning, annotate a proposal on the 75-inch board after lunch, then let a client connect a laptop for a different platform in the afternoon. One room. Three workflows.

The same approach works for training rooms, design reviews, project war rooms, recruitment panels and management meeting spaces. A mobile stand is useful where the board moves between teams. A fixed wall mount makes more sense for the main 6-to-12-person conference room where the camera position and table distance never change.

PA20 — another option to consider where the room requires full laptop BYOD rather than screen presentation alone.

MeetingBoard 75C Export from Dubai

Project quantities of the MeetingBoard 75C ship from Dubai to system integrators and corporate AV teams across South Africa, Ghana, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Kenya and Nigeria. For export orders, we can quote the board together with its mount, BYOD accessories and other room hardware so the destination installer receives a complete parts list rather than an incomplete screen-only shipment.

FOB Dubai pricing is available for multi-unit requirements. Reseller and project quantities can be prepared for office rollouts, training facilities and conference-room deployments across the MEA region.

For larger orders, send the destination country, quantity and whether each board needs a wall mount or mobile stand. That removes a surprising amount of back-and-forth on export quotations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the MeetingBoard 75C work in our 12-person boardroom?

Yes, that is the upper end of the room class Yealink positions the 75C for. The built-in 8-microphone array has pickup rated up to 8 metres, and the 75-inch display suits a medium conference room better than the smaller 65C. If the room is unusually long or seats more than 12, send us the dimensions before ordering.

We use Google Meet internally but clients send Teams and Zoom links. Is that a problem?

No. Google Meet is the board’s native meeting path. For a client meeting on another platform, a connected laptop can run the call while using the MeetingBoard camera, microphones, speakers and display through the appropriate BYOD setup.

Does the 75C replace our Etisalat or du office phone system?

No. The MeetingBoard 75C is a video collaboration board. Standard calls to UAE telephone numbers remain on your Etisalat or du voice service and office PABX. If the meeting room also needs normal telephone calling, we can specify a separate SIP endpoint for that requirement.

Can your team install the MeetingBoard 75C in Abu Dhabi?

Yes. Installation covers Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and all 7 UAE emirates. We confirm the wall or stand, power, wired network position and laptop-sharing requirement before installation, then test the camera, microphones and sharing path before handover.

Is the wall mount included with the MB75C-EDLA?

Plan the mounting hardware as a separate part of the room order. The MB-WallMount-860 is the matching wall-mount option for the 75C, while a mobile or floor stand may suit open collaboration and training spaces better. We include the required mounting option in the room quotation.

Is the Yealink MeetingBoard 75C in stock in Dubai?

The MeetingBoard 75C is supplied from Dubai with same-day quotation available on WhatsApp. For project quantities, send the number of boards, mounting requirement and installation location so current stock and delivery planning can be confirmed together.
