Yealink CPW25 Wireless Mic Dubai

Yealink CPW25 Dubai

The conference phone is in the middle of the table. Two people at the far end keep leaning forward whenever they speak. Move the phone closer and somebody else loses access to the controls. That’s the kind of room where adding a wireless microphone makes sense.

The Yealink CPW25 is a Bluetooth wireless expansion microphone designed for the Yealink CP935W conference phone platform. Instead of running another microphone cable across a boardroom table, the CPW25 can be positioned nearer the people who need extra microphone coverage while the CP935W stays in its normal central position.

That’s useful in Dubai offices with long tables, glass-partition meeting rooms in JLT or DMCC, and layouts where the main conference phone can’t sit equally close to every participant. The CP935W itself uses a 6-microphone array with 360° voice pickup and a stated 6-metre pickup radius. The CPW25 isn’t there to replace that built-in microphone system. It gives you another microphone position when the room layout makes central pickup less practical.

Important compatibility point: the CPW25 is an expansion microphone for the CP935W family. It shouldn’t be treated as a generic Bluetooth microphone for laptops, MeetingBars, or unrelated conference phones.

Yealink CPW25 UAE supply is available from Dubai for meeting-room projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other UAE emirates. For offices already using CP935W units, it’s a clean way to add microphone placement without putting another cable across the table.

Description

Yealink CPW25 Wireless Mic CP935W Expansion Microphone Dubai

Eight people are around the table, the CP935W is sitting where it should be, and one person at the far end keeps leaning forward every time they speak. Move the conference phone and the people nearest the screen complain. Run another cable and it ends up across the table beside two laptops and a charging lead. In a JLT or Business Bay meeting room, that’s usually when a wireless microphone starts making sense.

The Yealink CPW25 is made for that job. It is a Bluetooth wireless expansion microphone for the Yealink CP935W conference-phone platform. The main CP935W stays in its normal central position while the CPW25 can be placed nearer the part of the table where extra microphone placement is useful. No need to pretend it is a separate conference system. It isn’t. The CPW25 is an accessory designed to work with the CP935W.

Do You Actually Need the CPW25?

Not every CP935W installation needs an expansion microphone. The host phone already uses a 6-microphone array with 360° pickup and a stated 6-metre pickup radius. In a compact meeting room with four or six people sitting evenly around a central table, the built-in microphone system may already cover the room without anything else.

The CPW25 becomes more useful when the seating isn’t balanced around the phone. Think of a narrow 10-seat table where six people sit at one end. Or a DMCC office where the conference phone has to stay close to the display because the table has power modules in the centre. Another common Dubai layout: a glass-partition meeting room with the phone placed away from the door, leaving the last two seats farther from the main unit than everyone else.

Instead of shifting the CP935W every time the seating changes, the CPW25 gives you another microphone position. That is the buying reason. Better placement around the table without turning the meeting room into another cabling job.

Not the right fit?

If you do not use a Yealink CP935W-family conference phone, do not buy the CPW25 on the assumption that it is a universal Bluetooth microphone. Its verified role is as a CP935W expansion microphone. For a complete room phone rather than an accessory, see the Yealink Conference Phones range.

What the CPW25 Changes Around the Table

A Microphone Position Without Another Table Cable

The CPW25 connects wirelessly by Bluetooth to the supported CP935W platform. That means the microphone position is not dictated by where a microphone cable can be routed. In a meeting room with floor boxes at one end of the table or no cable path through the furniture, that is the practical advantage.

Keep the CP935W Where Users Expect It

The CP935W remains the main conference phone and control point. You do not have to drag it toward one end of the table just because a particular group is sitting farther away. The CPW25 is there to add another microphone location while the main phone stays centred and accessible.

Useful When the Room Changes During the Day

A DIFC meeting room might have three people at 9AM, eight people after lunch and a client presentation with everyone sitting on one side at 4PM. A movable wireless microphone suits that kind of changing table layout better than a fixed second cable running to one permanent seat.

CPW25 and CP935W — The Relationship Matters

There are several Yealink microphones with similar-looking model numbers, and mixing them up is easy. CPW25 should be understood by its host device first: Yealink identifies it as a Bluetooth wireless expansion microphone supported by the CP935W platform.

The CP935W itself provides the conference-phone interface, speaker, call controls and built-in 6-microphone pickup system. The CPW25 does not replace that device. It adds microphone placement to the room. That distinction matters when you’re ordering for an existing installation in Abu Dhabi or adding accessories to a new Dubai meeting-room project.

It also avoids a common purchasing mistake: ordering a wireless mic because the word “Bluetooth” appears in the description, then expecting it to behave like a generic PC microphone. The CPW25 belongs in a CP935W setup. If the host conference phone is different, compatibility should be checked before the order is released.

Platform Compatibility — What the CPW25 Does and Doesn’t Do

CP935W Host ✓
Bluetooth Expansion Mic ✓
Standalone SIP Endpoint ✕
Standalone Teams Room ✕
Standalone Zoom Room ✕

The CPW25 has no verified standalone Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, RingCentral or SIP certification of its own. That is expected because it is not a conference endpoint. It is a microphone accessory working through the CP935W host system.

So if your CP935W is being used for a particular calling environment, the CPW25 follows that host arrangement as an audio accessory. You do not create a separate account for the microphone, assign it a phone extension, or treat it as another room endpoint. One room. One CP935W host. The CPW25 adds microphone placement to that setup.

Room Fit — Small and Medium Meeting Rooms

The CP935W platform is positioned for small and medium conference-room use. That gives the CPW25 a clear role as well. It is for improving microphone placement inside that kind of room, not for stretching a tabletop conference phone into a 20-seat training room.

Room Situation CPW25 Fit Reason
Compact table, evenly seated May not be needed CP935W already provides 360° pickup with a stated 6m radius
Longer table, people grouped at one end Useful Adds another microphone position without moving the CP935W
Furniture with no microphone cable path Useful Bluetooth connection avoids another signal cable across the table
Large training room or 20-seat boardroom Wrong design approach Use a room-audio system designed for larger coverage rather than extending a small/medium-room phone beyond its intended role

Check the host model before ordering

If your existing Yealink conference phone is not a CP935W-family unit, send us the exact model number first. CPW25 compatibility should be confirmed before purchase rather than assumed from the Yealink badge alone.

BYOD, Screen Sharing and the CPW25 — Different Jobs

The CPW25 is an audio accessory. It doesn’t share a laptop screen, turn a room display into a wireless presentation system, or act as a USB conference device for a visitor’s notebook. Its job is much narrower: add a wireless microphone position to a supported CP935W conference-phone setup.

That distinction matters when you’re building a meeting room rather than buying one isolated accessory. If a Dubai office needs wireless presentation from laptops as well as better table audio, those are two separate requirements. The CPW25 handles the microphone side. Presentation hardware should be selected separately from the wireless presentation and BYOD range.

Same with video. Adding a CPW25 to a CP935W doesn’t add a camera. A room that needs video meetings needs a camera or a complete Yealink video conferencing system alongside the conference-phone audio setup. Sounds obvious. It still prevents the wrong parts landing on site.

Etisalat, du and PABX Compatibility

The CPW25 doesn’t register to an office PABX and it doesn’t take a SIP extension. The CP935W host conference phone handles the calling side of the room. The microphone is paired as an audio accessory to that host.

So if your Dubai office uses an Etisalat or du business voice service, the question isn’t whether the CPW25 itself supports that service. The question is how the CP935W is connected and provisioned within your phone system. Same approach for offices using an on-premise or hosted PABX.

During a project we check the existing conference-phone model and the calling setup before specifying accessories. That avoids buying a CPW25 for a room where the host device is different. For new meeting-room telephone deployments, the broader Yealink conference phone range gives you the host device first; the microphone comes after the room requirement is clear.

What You’re Ordering

The important part of a CPW25 order is the model itself: Yealink CPW25 wireless expansion microphone for the supported CP935W conference-phone platform. We don’t publish a made-up accessory list around it. Standalone Yealink material available for this model doesn’t give us enough confidence to state a detailed in-box list here.

Not included in the CPW25 role

The CPW25 is not the CP935W conference phone itself, not a video camera, and not a wireless presentation device. If you’re starting with an empty meeting room, tell us what hardware is already installed before ordering the microphone on its own.

Where We Usually Put a Wireless Mic in Dubai Rooms

Placement matters more than buying another microphone just because the table looks large. In a normal rectangular room, the CP935W should still sit where people can reach the controls and where its own 360° microphone array can work properly. The CPW25 then goes where the seating pattern creates the weaker position.

A common example in DIFC and Business Bay is the narrow boardroom with a screen on one short wall and ten chairs around a long table. The main phone ends up around the middle. If the managing director and two visitors always sit nearest the display, the wireless microphone can be positioned closer to that group without dragging the CP935W toward them.

Another one: DMCC offices with glass meeting rooms and furniture that has no cable channel through the centre. Running another wired microphone means a loose cable over the table or a small cabling job through furniture that was never designed for AV. A Bluetooth expansion microphone avoids that signal cable.

HVAC noise is also part of the room check. Dubai meeting rooms can have ceiling diffusers sitting directly above one end of the table. We don’t solve that by simply pushing a microphone closer to the air outlet. Positioning should keep the microphone near participants without putting it directly under the loudest source in the room.

CPW25 for Meeting-Room Projects in the UAE

Most CPW25 enquiries aren’t really microphone enquiries. They’re room-layout enquiries. Someone has a CP935W, a table that doesn’t quite suit the central microphone position, and two or three people who aren’t being heard as comfortably as the rest of the room.

For those jobs we look at the host model first, then the seating. In Dubai and Abu Dhabi that might mean a small executive room, a legal meeting room with fixed furniture, or a project office where the table layout changes whenever a consultant team visits. If the CP935W itself is already doing the job for every seat, we don’t add a CPW25 just to make the parts list longer.

Yealink CPW25 UAE supply is available for offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Installation support is included with Yealink Dubai meeting-room projects across all 7 emirates.

Africa and MEA Export from Dubai

We supply CPW25 units from Dubai for conference-room projects handled by system integrators and AV installers in Ghana, Tanzania, Ethiopia, South Africa and Nigeria. Project quantities can be combined with CP935W conference phones and other Yealink room hardware when the deployment needs a complete bill of materials.

FOB Dubai pricing is available for export orders. Send the destination country, quantity required and the exact host conference-phone model so compatibility is checked before the order is packed.

For multi-site projects, accessories can be grouped by site or room list rather than shipped as one unlabelled batch. That makes life easier for installers handling twenty rooms in different offices.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the CPW25 work with my Yealink CP935W?

Yes. Yealink identifies the CPW25 as a Bluetooth wireless expansion microphone supported by the CP935W platform. If your phone has a different model number, send that model before ordering so compatibility can be checked rather than assumed.

Do I need a CPW25 if the CP935W already has microphones?

Not always. The CP935W already has a 6-microphone array, 360° pickup and a stated 6-metre pickup radius. If everyone sits comfortably within the existing room coverage, adding another microphone may not solve anything. CPW25 makes more sense when the table layout or seating position creates a practical need for another microphone location.

Can I connect the CPW25 directly to my laptop for Teams or Zoom?

The verified use of CPW25 is as a Bluetooth expansion microphone for the CP935W conference-phone platform. We don’t position it as a generic standalone laptop microphone. For a PC or BYOD requirement, choose hardware designed for that connection.

Will CPW25 work with Etisalat or du?

The CPW25 itself doesn’t connect to Etisalat, du or a SIP trunk. Calling is handled by the CP935W host conference phone and the office phone system. We check that host setup during UAE meeting-room projects before specifying the microphone.

Can you install and pair the CPW25 in Abu Dhabi as well as Dubai?

Yes. Yealink Dubai handles supply and installation across all 7 UAE emirates, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi. For an existing room, send the conference-phone model and a photo or room layout so the accessory requirement can be checked before the visit.
