Yealink MeetingBoard 65C Dubai

Yealink MeetingBoard 65C Dubai

Your meeting room runs on Google Workspace, but the screen on the wall still needs a laptop, webcam and speakerphone before anyone can start a call. Add glass partitions, constant HVAC noise and six people trying to share one camera, and the room becomes harder to use than it should be.

The Yealink MeetingBoard 65C fixes that setup with one 65-inch 4K touch display built for small meeting rooms of 1 to 6 people. Google EDLA and Android 15 put Google Meet, Chrome, Drive, YouTube and Google Play on the board itself, so a scheduled Google Meet can start directly from the room.

A 50MP camera with a 98.2° horizontal field of view covers people sitting close to the display without forcing everyone into the centre of the table. The built-in 8-microphone beamforming array provides up to 8 metres of full-duplex pickup, while AI noise reduction helps cut the air-conditioning hum you hear in plenty of Dubai offices.

For visitors using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex or another meeting platform, connect a laptop in BYOD mode and use the MeetingBoard 65C camera, microphones, speakers and display as the room hardware. No need to pretend the room only uses one platform.

The MB65C-EDLA fits manager meeting rooms, interview rooms, huddle spaces and smaller boardrooms across Business Bay, JLT, DMCC and DIFC. If the room regularly seats more than 6 people, the 75-inch MeetingBoard 75C is the better size.

Yealink MeetingBoard 65C UAE supply and installation is available across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and all 7 UAE emirates. In stock in Dubai with same-day WhatsApp quotes.

Description

Yealink MeetingBoard 65C -Inch Google Meet Board Dubai

Six people walk into a meeting room in JLT. The screen is already on the wall, but someone still needs to find the HDMI cable, open a laptop, balance a webcam below the display and work out why the table microphone isn’t connected. The Google Meet invitation started three minutes ago. Meanwhile, the ceiling AC is running hard enough for the remote team to hear it.

That is the room the Yealink MeetingBoard 65C is built to replace. One 65-inch 4K touch display handles the screen, camera, microphones, speakers and whiteboard. Android 15 with Google EDLA puts Google Meet and the familiar Google environment directly on the board. For a Google Workspace office in Dubai, staff can walk into a small meeting room, open the scheduled meeting and work from the room instead of building a temporary video setup around somebody’s laptop.

Does the 65C Fit Your Room?

Start with the number of people, not the screen size. Yealink positions the MeetingBoard 65C for rooms with 1 to 6 people. Think manager meeting rooms, interview rooms, huddle spaces and compact boardrooms where everyone sits reasonably close to the display. That’s a common layout in Business Bay, DIFC and DMCC offices where floor space is expensive and glass partitions keep rooms physically small.

Room Type People Fit
Focus / Manager Room 1–3 65C gives plenty of screen area for video plus shared content
Small Meeting Room 4–6 MeetingBoard 65C — intended room size
Medium Meeting Room 6–12 Move to the 75-inch MeetingBoard 75C

When the 65C is too small

If 8, 10 or 12 people regularly sit in the room, don’t choose the 65C simply because it costs less or fits the wall. The people at the far end will be looking at a smaller image and the physical screen becomes the limiting factor. The MeetingBoard 75C is the better match for 6-to-12-person rooms and open collaboration areas.

Google Meet Is the Native Room Workflow

The important part of the MB65C-EDLA name is EDLA. The board runs Android 15 with Google’s Enterprise Devices Licensing Agreement environment, giving users access to Google Meet, Chrome, Google Drive, YouTube and Google Play. For organisations already using Google Workspace, that changes how the room is used. The meeting doesn’t have to live on a visitor’s laptop just because the display is on the wall.

Open the meeting on the board. Review a Drive file on the 65-inch screen. Write over the discussion on the touch surface. Then return to the call without switching inputs three times. The 3840 × 2160 display runs at 60Hz and uses anti-glare tempered glass, which matters in Dubai rooms with strong daylight coming through full-height windows or lighting reflected from glass meeting-room walls.

There is an equally important boundary. The MeetingBoard 65C should not be sold as a certified Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms appliance. If your company wants a room that signs into a dedicated Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms account and behaves as a certified native room endpoint, this is not the model to choose. On the 65C, those meetings are better handled through a connected laptop in BYOD mode. Different job.

The Camera Covers a Small Room Without a Separate Bar

Above the display is a single 50MP camera built around a 1/1.56-inch Sony sensor. The horizontal field of view is 98.2°, wide enough for a six-person room without forcing every chair into a narrow strip directly in front of the screen. Electronic pan and tilt plus 4x digital zoom handle reframing without another moving camera hanging from the ceiling.

Video Fence for Glass Meeting Rooms

A lot of Dubai meeting rooms are glass boxes inside larger offices. Someone walks past the room in JLT and the camera shouldn’t suddenly treat that movement as part of the meeting. Video Fence defines the active meeting area so camera framing concentrates on people inside the room rather than activity beyond the glass partition.

Auto Framing, Multi-Focus and Picture-in-Picture

Auto Framing adjusts the shot as people sit down or leave. Multi-Focus can give individual participants more visual presence rather than keeping six faces small inside one wide image. Picture-in-Picture keeps the wider room context while showing a closer active view. Useful when a manager is presenting at the screen while other people remain seated around the table.

The camera also has a motorised privacy cover. When the camera isn’t required, the lens is physically covered rather than relying only on an on-screen privacy indicator. That is a simple detail, but one legal firms and financial offices around DIFC tend to ask about before anything is mounted on the wall.

Eight Microphones, 8-Metre Coverage — What That Number Means

The MeetingBoard 65C has an eight-microphone beamforming array with up to 8 metres of full-duplex voice coverage. That doesn’t mean we recommend an 8-metre-long conference table for this 65-inch board. Screen size and the intended 1-to-6-person room remain the deciding factors. The wider microphone reach gives the system headroom when somebody stands beside a whiteboard, moves to the end of the room or speaks away from the table.

Yealink specifies AI noise reduction up to 90dB. In practical Dubai terms, the useful target is predictable noise: ceiling HVAC, chair movement on tile, keyboard sounds and voices leaking through glass walls from the open office outside. Full-duplex audio also means someone in the room can interrupt while the far side is speaking without the system forcing one direction of conversation at a time.

Longer rooms can add Yealink room microphones rather than replacing the whole board. The VCM35 wired microphone and VCM36-W wireless microphone are options when the seating extends beyond the normal small-room layout. You can also review the Yealink room audio and microphone range when the board is being installed into a room with more demanding acoustic coverage.

Touch Display and Whiteboard — Not Just a Big Monitor

The display supports 20 touch points with ±1mm touch accuracy. Two people can write at the same time, while another person can erase. The supplied stylus uses the tip for writing and the tail for erasing, which is much quicker in a workshop than opening tool menus every time somebody changes from pen to eraser.

At the end of a whiteboard session, the work doesn’t have to disappear when somebody leaves the room. Sessions can be saved to USB as PNG, PDF or Yealink’s editable whiteboard format. They can also be sent by email or transferred through a QR-code workflow. Email export needs an account configured on the board, so that should be done during installation rather than left for staff to discover during their first client workshop.

The MeetingBoard can also drive a second display through HDMI output. That gives a useful layout for rooms where people need shared content on the 65-inch board while a second screen carries participants or supporting information. Wired HDMI input supports local content up to 4K at 60 frames per second. For wireless laptop workflows, the board supports presentation pods and common wireless sharing methods; full wireless BYOD needs the correct accessory rather than the cheapest screen-sharing pod. The wireless presentation and BYOD range is where WPP30 and related room-sharing options fit.

For a Yealink MeetingBoard 65C UAE deployment, the hardware spec is only half the decision. Wall position, network point, mounting method and how guests join external meetings all need to be decided before installation. That matters just as much in a six-seat Abu Dhabi meeting room as it does in a glass-partition office in Dubai.

BYOD — When the Visitor Isn’t Using Google Meet

A Google Workspace office still gets Teams invitations. Clients send Zoom links. Consultants turn up with Webex. That doesn’t make the MeetingBoard 65C the wrong board; it means the room needs a clear BYOD workflow. The visitor’s laptop runs the meeting while the 65C becomes the room camera, microphones, speakers and display.

For a wired setup, the optional VCH51 Pro is the cleanest arrangement. One USB-C connection from the laptop can handle BYOD operation, content sharing and laptop power instead of leaving separate HDMI and USB cables loose on the meeting table. For offices where visitors use the room every day, that’s the setup we’d specify rather than asking people to learn the cabling each time they arrive.

WPP20, WPP30 or PA20?

They don’t do the same job. WPP20 is for wireless screen sharing. WPP30 and PA20 are the options to look at when the requirement is wireless BYOD — meaning the laptop needs access to the MeetingBoard camera, microphones and speakers as well as the display. For a mixed-platform meeting room, ordering the correct pod matters more than saving a little on the accessory.

There is also a cabling detail that should be decided before the board goes on the wall. When the presentation-pod workflow is active, the MeetingBoard uses its wireless connection to communicate with the pod. The board therefore needs a wired network connection to stay connected to the office network. If there is no network point behind the planned display position, we sort that out during the installation survey rather than discovering it after a 38.5kg board has been mounted.

See the Yealink wireless presentation and BYOD range when you need a cable-free visitor workflow. Tell us whether users only need to share a screen or whether they also need the board’s camera and audio. Two different requirements.

Etisalat, du and the Office PABX — Keep the Jobs Separate

The MeetingBoard 65C is a meeting-room collaboration device, not a replacement for the office telephone system. Google Meet runs on the board. Teams, Zoom, Webex and other meeting services can run from a connected laptop. Calls to normal UAE telephone numbers still belong on the company’s voice system.

If your Dubai or Abu Dhabi office uses an Etisalat or du business voice service, 3CX, Grandstream UCM, Yeastar, Avaya or another PABX, that system continues to handle telephone extensions and PSTN calling. We can install the MeetingBoard alongside the existing voice network and make sure the room workflow is clear, but we won’t describe the MB65C-EDLA as a SIP desk phone or direct PABX endpoint.

For offices replacing both meeting-room hardware and desk telephony, the Yealink IP phone range can be specified separately for the same site. One room system. One phone system. Each doing the job it was designed for.

What Comes in the MeetingBoard 65C Box?

Included: Yealink MeetingBoard 65C, 3-metre power cable, 3-metre network cable, 2 stylus pens, cable ties and quick start guide.

The part buyers most often assume is included is the mounting hardware. It isn’t. The wall bracket, floor stand or mobile stand needs to be ordered for the actual installation plan. That’s especially important when the board is going into a leased DIFC or DMCC office where drilling approval, wall construction and cable routing may dictate the mounting method.

Not included — order separately if needed

Wall mount or floor/mobile stand, WPP30 or PA20 for wireless BYOD, VCH51 Pro for the one-cable laptop workflow, and expansion microphones for rooms needing coverage beyond the normal 1-to-6-person layout. We add the required accessories to the room quotation so the board doesn’t arrive without the parts needed to install it.

Installation Across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the UAE

Putting the board on a stand can be quick. Finishing the room properly is a different job. We check the wall or floor-stand position, wired network point, power location, viewing distance and the way visitors will connect before handing the room over. Installation is included with the MeetingBoard 65C we supply.

1

Room check — Confirm the 1-to-6-person layout, display position, wall construction, stand requirement, power and wired network point.

2

Configure the workflow — Set up Google services, test touch and whiteboard functions, configure BYOD accessories where ordered, and set the board’s working hours.

3

Live room test — Test a real meeting, microphone pickup, camera framing, guest laptop connection and content sharing before the room is handed back to the customer.

Yealink MeetingBoard 65C UAE installation is available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. A small Google meeting room in Abu Dhabi gets the same pre-installation checks as a six-seat glass room in JLT. The aim is simple: staff walk in and know exactly how the room works.

Useful Add-Ons and Alternatives

The board rarely sits alone in a finished room. What goes with it depends on how staff and visitors actually meet.

WPP30: add a Yealink WPP30 wireless presentation pod where visiting laptops need a quick wireless room connection.

PA20: consider the PA20 BYOD option when the laptop needs to use the room camera and audio without a permanent cable left on the table.

VCH51 Pro: use a wired BYOD and presentation hub for the one-USB-C guest workflow.

VCM36-W: longer or awkward rooms can add a Yealink wireless room microphone rather than relying on somebody speaking from outside the normal seating area.

MeetingBar A25 / A40: where the room already has a good display and doesn’t need interactive whiteboarding, look at the Yealink video conferencing systems instead of buying another 65-inch screen.

Microsoft Teams Rooms: if certified native Teams is the actual requirement, compare the Yealink Microsoft Teams room range before ordering the 65C.

Room audio expansion: rooms with unusual table shapes, harder acoustics or extra seating can be planned from the Yealink room audio and microphone range.

Where the 65C Makes Sense

A design agency reviewing layouts with three people in Dubai and two in London is a good example. So is a recruitment firm interviewing candidates over Google Meet, or a training team marking up a document while the remote office watches. The touch surface matters in those rooms because the display is part of the discussion, not just somewhere to show faces.

The same applies to project rooms where a team opens Drive files, annotates plans and then jumps into a call without moving to another device. If the board will only ever display PowerPoint from HDMI, you may be paying for functions nobody uses. If the room works around Google Workspace, shared documents and visual discussion, the 65C earns its wall space.

MeetingBoard 65C Export From Dubai

We supply MeetingBoard 65C project quantities from Dubai to AV installers and IT integrators working across Ghana, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa. Export orders can include the board, mounting hardware and the correct BYOD accessories as one project shipment rather than splitting the room package across several suppliers.

FOB Dubai pricing is available for reseller and project quantities. Tell us whether the deployment is wall-mounted or mobile and whether each room needs WPP30, PA20 or VCH51 Pro so the export list is built correctly.

For multi-site projects, quantities can be grouped by room type before dispatch. That helps integrators receiving units for several offices avoid mixing small-room 65C packages with larger MeetingBoard deployments.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the MeetingBoard 65C run Microsoft Teams and Zoom?

The 65C is built around Google EDLA and Google Meet. For Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex and other meeting platforms, connect a laptop in BYOD mode and use the board’s 50MP camera, 8-microphone array, speakers and display as the room hardware. If your requirement is a certified native Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms endpoint, choose the appropriate Yealink room system instead.

Is the 65-inch MeetingBoard big enough for an 8-person room?

We wouldn’t specify it that way. Yealink positions the MeetingBoard 65C for 1 to 6 people. For a room regularly seating 6 to 12 people, the 75-inch MeetingBoard 75C gives the room the correct screen size while retaining the same product concept.

Will it work with our Etisalat or du office phone system?

Your Etisalat or du voice service and office PABX continue to handle normal telephone calls. The MeetingBoard 65C handles video meetings and collaboration. We can install both systems in the same office, but the MB65C-EDLA should not be treated as a SIP desk-phone replacement.

Do I need to order a wall mount with the MeetingBoard 65C?

Yes, if the board is being wall mounted. The board package includes the MeetingBoard, power and network cables, two stylus pens, cable ties and quick start guide; the mount is ordered separately. A floor or mobile stand can be used when wall mounting isn’t suitable.

Can you install the MeetingBoard 65C in Abu Dhabi as well as Dubai?

Yes. Supply and installation covers all 7 UAE emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Installation includes the room check, mounting or stand setup, network connection, platform setup, BYOD testing and a live meeting test before handover.
