Yealink W75 Mini MC Dubai

Yealink W75 Mini MC Dubai

Your office has outgrown one DECT base, but installing a large enterprise multicell platform for 10, 15 or 20 cordless users doesn’t make much sense. That’s where the Yealink W75 Mini MC fits.

The W75 Mini MC supports up to 3 W75B base stations, 20 DECT handsets, 20 SIP accounts and 20 simultaneous calls. Staff can move between coverage areas while staying on the same call, making it a practical choice for clinics, warehouses, workshops, schools and multi-room offices across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Indoor DECT coverage is typically 20 to 50 metres per base depending on walls, partitions and building layout, with up to 300 metres possible outdoors under ideal conditions. A glass-partition office in JLT behaves very differently from a concrete warehouse corridor, so base placement matters. We plan the coverage before installation rather than treating 50 metres as guaranteed.

The system combines W75B base stations with the W75DM DECT Manager. It supports automatic multicell setup on suitable multicast networks and manual deployment where multicast isn’t available. Level 1 base backup is also supported, with another base able to take over within one minute if the primary Level 1 base goes offline.

Compatible Yealink handsets include W56H, W57R, W59R, W71H, W73H, W74H and W78H.

Yealink W75 Mini MC UAE supply and installation is available across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and all 7 emirates. In stock Dubai with same-day quotes on WhatsApp.

Description

Yealink W75 Mini MC Multi-Cell DECT System Dubai

The cordless phone works perfectly at reception. Walk through the glass door into the accounts room and the signal drops. Go another 20 metres toward the warehouse and the call is gone completely. Adding a second standalone DECT base doesn’t fix the real problem because the handset still can’t move between the two areas while keeping the same call.

That is the gap the Yealink W75 Mini MC is built to fill. It creates one DECT system across as many as 3 W75B base stations, with up to 20 handsets moving between the cells using roaming and call handover. A receptionist can answer near the entrance, walk through the office and continue the same conversation without hanging up and dialling again.

For a two-floor clinic in Dubai, a small warehouse in Al Quoz, or a DMCC office split by meeting rooms and glass partitions, that is often enough coverage without moving to a much larger multi-cell platform. The W75 sits between a single-base DECT installation and a full-scale system designed for dozens of base stations. You can see the rest of the Yealink DECT phone range if you’re deciding which size of system fits the site.

What the W75 Mini MC Actually Does

A W75 installation has two main pieces. The W75B provides the DECT radio cell that talks to the cordless handsets. The W75DM DECT Manager controls the multi-cell system. Add W75B units where additional radio coverage is needed, up to a system maximum of 3 bases.

The system supports up to 20 registered handsets, 20 SIP accounts and 20 calls at the same time. That last number matters. It means the platform isn’t limited to a small shared pool of call channels when all 20 users are active. Up to 20 parallel calls are supported by the W75 system.

Handsets supported by Yealink include the W56H, W57R, W59R, W71H, W73H, W74H and W78H. This gives a buyer several ways to build the same system — standard office handsets at desks, more durable models for working areas, or a mixture where different departments need different handset types.

Roaming Without Dropping the Call

The main reason to buy W75 instead of installing isolated DECT bases is handover between cells. A staff member can begin a call in the front office, walk into another W75B coverage area and keep talking. For clinics, schools, storage areas and offices spread across several rooms, that movement is the whole point of a multi-cell system.

Level 1 Base Backup — Within One Minute

Yealink supports Sync Level 1 base backup on the W75. If the active Level 1 base goes offline, another base in the system can take its place. Yealink states that this backup process can complete within one minute. It doesn’t remove the need for good network design, but it does avoid making one DECT synchronization point the permanent weak spot in a three-cell installation.

DECT Manager Dual-Hot Operation

The W75 also supports Yealink’s DM dual-hot function. This is separate from Level 1 base backup: the feature is intended to protect operation at the DECT Manager level. For a Dubai business where cordless phones are used for reception, warehouse coordination or customer calls throughout the day, this is a useful detail that is easy to miss when comparing the W75 only by handset count.

50 Metres Indoors Doesn’t Mean 50 Metres Through Every Wall

Yealink specifies DECT radio coverage of up to 50 metres indoors and up to 300 metres outdoors under ideal conditions. Treat those as radio limits, not a promise that one base will cover every 50-metre office floor.

A JLT office with glass partitions may need a completely different base layout from a clinic with block walls. Reinforced concrete stairwells, fire doors, lift cores and metal warehouse shelving can shorten usable range. Even two offices with the same square metres can need different positions for their W75B units.

That is why a three-base W75 design should be planned around the route people actually walk. Reception to meeting room. Nurse station to treatment room. Office to stock room. Loading area to supervisor desk. The useful question isn’t “How many square metres does one base cover?” It is “Can the handset hold the call along the complete route?”

Site Requirement Likely Direction Why
One small office area Single DECT base No need for multi-cell roaming if one radio cell already covers the complete working area.
2–3 coverage zones W75 Mini MC Up to 3 W75B bases with roaming, handover and up to 20 handsets.
More than 3 base locations Larger Yealink multi-cell system The W75 stops at 3 bases. Don’t design around that ceiling if the building needs more cells.
More than 20 cordless users Larger Yealink multi-cell system The W75 system maximum is 20 handsets and 20 SIP accounts.

Don’t force a W75 into a building that needs more than 3 cells

The W75 is capped at 3 base stations and 20 handsets. A large warehouse, hotel, school campus or multi-floor building may need a larger multi-cell design from the start. Adding bases isn’t possible beyond the W75 limit. Send us the floor plan and expected handset count before ordering and we’ll map the correct Yealink DECT system.

Deployment on Multicast and Non-Multicast Networks

Some office networks make multi-cell setup straightforward. Others don’t allow multicast between the ports or VLANs where the phone system is being installed. The W75 is designed for both situations.

On a suitable multicast network, Yealink allows the system to establish automatically once the base station is powered and connected. Where multicast isn’t available, the DECT Manager and base can be physically connected and the administrator can set the W75DM IP address through the W75B web interface.

That’s useful in existing Dubai offices where the LAN was installed years before the cordless phone project. We don’t have to assume that every switch, VLAN and managed network has been prepared specifically for DECT. Network configuration is checked as part of the installation rather than discovered after the handsets arrive.

Phone Books and Caller Information Across 20 Handsets

Twenty cordless users shouldn’t mean twenty separately maintained contact lists. The W75 supports Local Directory, Remote Phonebook, LDAP, XML Phonebook and Xsi directory functions. Caller name and number information can be presented on compatible handsets rather than leaving users to identify an incoming call from the number alone.

This becomes useful in a clinic, service business or warehouse where the same company directory needs to reach several mobile staff members. The exact directory source depends on the PBX in use, so we confirm that during configuration rather than assuming every telephone system presents contacts in the same way.

SIP, PBX and Network Compatibility

SIP Accounts — Up to 20
3CX Compatible
Asterisk Compatible
BroadSoft Compatible
IPv6 Support
PoE Support

The W75 is a SIP DECT system. Yealink lists compatibility with 3CX, Asterisk and BroadSoft environments, and the system supports up to 20 SIP accounts. It also supports IPv6 and PoE, which reduces the number of power adaptors needed around base locations when the network switch provides compatible PoE.

For UAE offices using an Etisalat or du business telephone service, the carrier connection normally terminates through the company’s PBX, SIP service or gateway. We check that PBX path before registering the W75. The W75 itself shouldn’t be sold as proof that every carrier account can register directly without checking the customer’s telephone service first.

If the project also needs fixed desk extensions for reception, accounts or management, the Yealink IP phone range can sit on the same office telephony project while the W75 handles employees who need to move around the site.

Security Built Around DECT and SIP

Wireless voice needs protection on both sides of the system. Between handset and base, Yealink uses DECT security for the radio connection. On the SIP side, the W75 supports SRTP and TLS, with current Yealink W75 material specifically listing TLS 1.3.

For a legal office in DIFC, a clinic handling patient calls or a company running cordless phones across customer-facing areas, that matters more than a long feature list. The phone should be easy to carry around. The call path shouldn’t be treated casually just because the handset is cordless.

One compatibility detail to check before ordering handsets

The W75 is a Yealink DECT ecosystem. Yealink states that third-party DECT base stations and handsets aren’t compatible. If you already own cordless phones from another manufacturer, don’t assume they can be registered to W75B bases because they use the DECT radio standard. Confirm the handset models first.

Choosing Handsets for the W75 Mini MC

The base system doesn’t force every employee to carry the same handset. Yealink lists W56H, W57R, W59R, W71H, W73H, W74H and W78H as compatible with the W75. That lets one DECT installation serve very different jobs across the same site.

A reception or accounts user may only need a standard cordless handset. Staff moving through service corridors, workshops or storage areas may need a handset chosen for a tougher working environment. The important part is that they remain registered to the same W75 system and can move between the W75B radio cells while keeping their extension.

For a Dubai clinic, for example, reception can use one handset type while nurses or support staff carry another. Same PBX. Same extension plan. Same multi-cell coverage. If you’re building the system from scratch, we normally size the Yealink DECT handset mix at the same time as the base-station positions so you don’t end up ordering 20 identical handsets for 20 very different jobs.

How the W75 Connects to Your Office PBX

The W75 is a SIP-based DECT system. Yealink documents interoperability with 3CX, Asterisk and BroadSoft environments, and the system can hold up to 20 SIP accounts. Each registered handset can be assigned according to the extension plan supported by the connected telephone system.

That doesn’t mean every Etisalat or du account should be entered directly into the W75. In many UAE offices the carrier service terminates at a PBX, SBC or gateway first, and the W75 registers to that internal telephone system. We check the existing voice setup before configuration rather than guessing from the carrier name.

If the same office also needs fixed phones at reception, management or finance desks, the Yealink IP phone range can be configured alongside the W75. Fixed users stay on desk phones; staff who move around the building use DECT. One numbering plan without forcing every user onto the same hardware.

What You Need for a Working W75 Installation

Core system: W75DM DECT Manager plus the required number of W75B base stations, up to 3 bases.

Handsets: Choose compatible Yealink models based on the job and environment. Maximum system capacity is 20 registered handsets.

Network: LAN connectivity at each planned base location. PoE can be used where the network switch supports it.

Telephone service: A compatible SIP PBX or voice service path with the required extension credentials. We verify this before the system is handed over.

Not included — order separately if needed

DECT handsets, additional W75B base stations, PoE network switch, structured cabling and PBX licences aren’t automatically assumed to be part of every W75 order. The exact parts depend on the number of users and coverage zones. Send the handset count and floor plan before ordering and we’ll build the correct bill of materials.

Installation in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

A multi-cell DECT system should be installed around real movement, not just placed wherever there happens to be a network socket. We check where calls start, where staff walk and where they need the call to stay active. A base beside reception may cover the front office perfectly but leave a dead area behind a lift core or fire door 25 metres away.

1

Coverage check — Confirm floors, walls, corridors, warehouse racking, lift cores and the routes staff actually use while on calls.

2

Network and PBX setup — Connect the W75DM and W75B units, confirm multicast or manual deployment method, add SIP accounts and register the handsets.

3

Walk test — Make a live call and physically move through every planned coverage zone. The handover between cells is tested before the installation is signed off.

Yealink W75 Mini MC UAE installation is available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. That includes small offices in DIFC and DMCC as well as clinics, schools, workshops and warehouse sites where concrete walls and metal shelving make DECT planning more important than the advertised range figure.

Where the W75 Makes Sense

Clinics and medical centres: staff can carry handsets from reception into consultation areas while keeping the same call. The 3-base limit suits smaller sites where one base isn’t quite enough but a large campus system would be excessive.

Warehouses and workshops: supervisors and store staff can move between office and working areas without returning to a fixed desk whenever the phone rings. Base placement needs testing around shelving, machinery and concrete partitions.

Schools and nurseries: administration, reception and support staff can share one cordless SIP system across several nearby areas while keeping individual extensions.

SME offices: this is where the “Mini MC” positioning matters most. If a Business Bay or JLT office has 12 cordless users and needs two or three coverage cells, buying a system built for a much larger site adds cost and administration without solving a different problem.

Related Yealink Products for the Same Phone Project

Most W75 orders aren’t just a DECT Manager and one base. These are the products and categories we normally check when building the full phone deployment:

Yealink W74H cordless handset — current W7x-family handset option for users moving around the office.

Yealink W71H cordless handset — useful where the project needs a simpler handset across multiple staff members.

Yealink W57R rugged handset — worth considering for working areas where a standard office handset isn’t the right physical fit.

Yealink W59R handset — another W75-compatible option for mobile users who need a different handset class from reception staff.

Yealink T54W IP phone — fixed desk phone option for managers, reception or finance users on the same office telephony project.

Yealink T53W IP phone — fixed SIP desk extension for users who don’t need cordless mobility.

Larger Yealink multi-cell DECT systems — the direction to take when the site needs more than 3 radio cells or more than 20 cordless users.

W75 Mini MC Export from Dubai

We supply Yealink W75 Mini MC systems from Dubai to telecom resellers, PABX installers and IT distributors handling projects across Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Ghana, Mozambique and Angola. Project quantities can include the W75DM, required W75B bases and compatible Yealink handsets as one shipment rather than sourcing the pieces separately.

FOB Dubai pricing is available for reseller and project orders. Send the destination, number of base stations and handset quantity on WhatsApp so the quotation matches the actual system rather than a single-unit retail configuration.

For multi-site deployments, we can quote each branch around the same 3-base / 20-handset ceiling. That works well for organisations rolling out identical smaller branches rather than one very large headquarters.

Export buyers should also specify the handset models required. The W75 controls the multicell network, but the choice of handset affects how the finished system suits reception staff, warehouse users or general office teams.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will one W75 system cover our whole warehouse?

Maybe, but the answer depends on the building rather than floor area alone. The W75 supports up to 3 W75B bases. Yealink states up to 50 metres indoor DECT range under suitable conditions, but concrete walls, metal shelving and fire doors can shorten that. We plan the three cells around the route staff actually walk and confirm it with a live-call test.

Can I use more than 3 W75B base stations later?

No. The W75 Mini MC has a maximum of 3 W75B base stations. If the site needs four or more radio cells, choose a larger Yealink multi-cell system rather than buying the W75 and planning to extend past its limit later.

How many cordless phones can we register?

Up to 20 compatible Yealink DECT handsets. The system also supports up to 20 SIP accounts and 20 simultaneous calls. Compatible handset families include W56H, W57R, W59R, W71H, W73H, W74H and W78H.

Will the call drop when I walk from one base area to another?

The W75 is built for roaming and handover between its DECT cells. Correct base placement still matters. During installation we make a live call and walk through the planned coverage zones to check the handover rather than relying only on the stated radio range.

Does the W75 work with Etisalat or du?

The W75 is a SIP DECT system. In many UAE offices the Etisalat or du voice service connects first to a PBX, gateway or SIP platform, and the W75 registers to that system. Yealink documents interoperability with 3CX, Asterisk and BroadSoft. We check the actual PBX and carrier setup before configuration rather than claiming direct registration for every Etisalat or du service.
