BH71 or BH71 Pro — What Are You Actually Paying For?
This is the part that gets muddled on a lot of product listings. The Pro version does not give you a different microphone system, a different speaker or longer talk time inside the headset itself. Both use the same BH71 headset hardware.

The Pro battery figure needs explaining properly
The headset itself provides up to 10 hours of talk time. BH71 Pro adds a charging case that supplies up to 20 additional hours of battery capacity. Where the BH71 Fits — And Where It Doesn’t
The BH71 is strongest for people who want one ear open: managers, drivers between appointments, reception teams, sales staff, field engineers and supervisors walking between a desk and other parts of the office. It is also a sensible choice for somebody who dislikes the heat and weight of a full stereo headset during long working days.

If the desk phone has no Bluetooth support, don’t assume BH71 will connect just because both products carry the Yealink logo.
Etisalat and du — what compatibility actually means
The headset does not connect to Etisalat or du directly. Your mobile, PC softphone or compatible desk phone handles the call service; the BH71 handles the microphone and earpiece audio. So an Etisalat mobile call, du mobile call or office softphone call can use the BH71 as long as the device carrying that call is paired to the headset.
