Yealink Conference Phones Dubai & Abu Dhabi — CP Series Audio Conferencing for Every Meeting Room

Six people around the table, the client on the line, and everyone is leaning toward one laptop. The two nearest voices come through. The four others sound like they are in the next room. Then the sentence every Dubai business knows: “Sorry — can you repeat that?” The detail that gets repeated is never quite the detail that was said, and the client on the other end is quietly forming an opinion about your company. A conference phone exists to end that moment: one device in the middle of the table that hears the whole room equally, in every direction, and sounds professional on the far side.

Which Room Is Yours

The everyday meeting room — 4 to 8 seats

The CP925 is the standard answer. Seven built-in microphones hear the table equally, the touch surface starts and controls the call, and the acoustic fabric shrugs off a spilled karak. It registers to your PABX as a normal extension — reception transfers the client straight into the room.

The room with no socket at the table

The CP935W runs on its built-in battery — up to 15 hours of talk — and joins your network over Wi-Fi. No cable across the table, no floor box needed, and the phone moves to whichever room the meeting is in. It charges between meetings and works during them.

The boardroom and the training room

The CP965 is the flagship — a 13-microphone design that separates voices cleanly even when the discussion gets fast, an Android touch screen, and room to grow: wireless CPW65 microphones reach the far end of a long table, and up to three more CP965 units daisy-chain as extra ears and speakers for the largest rooms.

The Teams or Zoom meeting from a laptop

Not every meeting is a phone call. The portable speakerphones — CP700, CP900 and the Teams-certified SP96 — connect to a laptop or phone by USB or Bluetooth and turn any desk, hotel room or client office into a meeting space. Small enough for a laptop bag, serious enough for the far side to notice the difference. The CP900 also builds into BYOD meeting kits with a UVC30 camera, and Teams packages with the BT50 dongle — WhatsApp for kit pricing.

The office already running Yealink DECT

The CP935W-Base pairs the conference phone with the same W70B base station that runs your cordless DECT handsets — one wireless system carrying both the pocket phones and the meeting room. Clean, and nothing new to manage.

The negotiation room

Trading offices live on multi-party calls where a missed number becomes a real loss. Full-duplex audio means both sides can speak at once without cutting each other — the interruption, the correction, the “no, fifteen, not fifty” arrives intact. On calls where the details are money, the microphone is not office equipment. It is risk control.

How a Conference Phone Hears — The Honest Numbers

Here is the fact that surprises most buyers: the CP935W and the flagship CP965 both pick up voices to the same distance — about 6 metres, in a full circle around the phone. The difference you pay for is not reach. It is separation. The CP965’s thirteen microphones isolate individual voices when three people talk at once and cancel the noise between them; the CP925’s seven microphones handle a normal meeting perfectly and get crowded in a fast one. For tables longer than 6 metres from the phone, no single unit is the answer — wireless expansion microphones sit where the far voices are, and in the largest rooms additional CP965 units chain together as extra ears and speakers.

One more honest thing, because it saves money: a conference phone cannot fix a bad room. All-glass meeting rooms echo — hard surfaces bounce every voice back into the microphones. If your room is glass on four sides, sometimes the best first purchase is a rug and a fabric wall panel, and then the right phone sounds twice as good. We say this before you buy, not after. Tell us what the room is made of and we will tell you what it needs.

Running an older CP920 or CP960? They keep working, and we still support them — batteries, CPW90 wireless microphones, accessories and setup help on WhatsApp. When the room is ready to upgrade, your PABX settings carry straight to the current models.

A Phone Extension or a Laptop Speaker — Choose the Right Lane

Conference devices live in two different worlds, and buying the wrong one is the most common mistake in this category. The SIP conference phones — CP925, CP935W, CP965 — are real VoIP extensions on your telephone system: the meeting room phone with its own number. They have a number. Reception transfers the supplier straight into the meeting room. They register to 3CX, Grandstream UCM, Yeastar, Avaya and Etisalat or du SIP trunks like any Yealink desk phone. The portable speakerphones — SP96, CP900, CP700 — are the other lane: they connect to a laptop or mobile and carry Teams, Zoom and WhatsApp calls with proper room audio. And the two lanes meet in the middle: the SIP models also join hybrid meetings through Bluetooth and USB, so the same phone that takes the PABX call on Sunday carries the Teams call on Monday. When the room needs a camera as well — a full video conference system, not audio only — that is the Yealink video conferencing range. If you are not sure which lane your meetings live in, describe a normal week on WhatsApp — the answer takes one message.

One Order, A Complete Room

The lines that complete a conference room order: wireless expansion microphones for tables longer than the pickup circle, PoE where the room has network but no socket at the table, a spare battery for a CP935W that never sits in its cradle, and the charging cradle itself for a second room. Boardroom projects add daisy-chain cabling between CP965 units. Tell us the table length and the seat count — the quotation comes back with nothing missing.

Yealink Conference Phones Dubai — Questions Answered

Everyone crowds around one laptop in our meetings. Which model fixes that?

For a normal 4–8 seat meeting room, the CP925 — the standard meeting room phone. It sits in the middle of the table, hears every voice on the conference call equally in a full circle, and the far side stops asking people to repeat themselves. If the room has no socket at the table, the battery-powered CP935W does the same job with no cable at all.

How big a room can one conference phone cover?

Voices are picked up to about 6 metres around the phone, in every direction. Longer tables add wireless expansion microphones at the far end, and the largest rooms chain up to three extra CP965 units as additional ears and speakers. Send the table length and we will confirm the exact setup.

What is the difference between the CP925, CP935W and CP965?

Same family, three jobs. CP925: the wired standard for small and medium rooms, 7 microphones. CP935W: the wireless one — built-in battery, Wi-Fi, moves between rooms. CP965: the flagship for boardrooms — 13 microphones for clean voice separation, Android touch screen, and expansion for large rooms. All three register to your PABX as normal extensions.

Do Yealink conference phones work with 3CX, Grandstream and Yeastar?

Yes — the CP-series SIP models register to 3CX, Grandstream UCM, Yeastar, Avaya and Etisalat or du SIP trunks like any extension. Reception can transfer a caller directly into the meeting room, and the room can dial out to any number.

Can we use one for Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings?

Yes, two ways. The SIP models join hybrid meetings through Bluetooth and USB alongside their phone-system duties. And the portable lane — the Teams-certified SP96, CP900 and CP700 — connects straight to a laptop for Teams and Zoom with proper room audio anywhere.

Is there a truly wireless option — no cables at all?

Yes — the CP935W. Built-in rechargeable battery with up to 15 hours of talk time, network over Wi-Fi, nothing on the table but the phone. It charges in its cradle between meetings. Offices already running Yealink DECT can take the CP935W-Base bundle and carry it on the same wireless system as their cordless handsets.

Our meeting room is all glass and sounds echoey. Will a better phone fix it?

Honestly — only partly. Hard glass surfaces bounce sound back into any microphone. Noise-filtering helps, but the biggest single improvement in a glass room is usually soft material: a rug, a fabric panel, blinds. We advise on the room before recommending the phone, because the right phone in a treated room outperforms the most expensive phone in a bare one.

What does a Yealink conference phone cost in Dubai?

The CP925 for small and medium rooms is about AED 1,675, the flagship CP965 about AED 1,965, and the fully wireless CP935W-Base bundle about AED 2,140 — indicative only. Portable speakerphones cost less; boardroom setups with expansion microphones cost more. WhatsApp the model or the room size for the exact current price and stock.

Do you give wholesale prices to resellers?

Yes — from five units on most lines. WhatsApp the model, quantity and whether the stock stays in the UAE or exports; wholesale and freight-inclusive prices come back the same day.
