Description
Yealink DeskVision A24 -Inch Teams & Zoom Display Dubai
An executive office in DIFC doesn’t need a 65-inch meeting board. It needs the desk to stop looking like a test bench. Monitor. Webcam. USB dock. Speakerphone. Laptop charger. Five cables, three power adaptors, and Windows asking which microphone you meant to use five minutes before a client call.
The Yealink DeskVision A24 replaces that stack with one 23.8-inch desktop unit. Full HD touchscreen in front. An 8MP electrically lifting camera at the top. Dual microphones and two 3W speakers inside. Connect a laptop by USB-C and the same unit becomes its display, camera, microphone, speakers, USB hub and a charger delivering up to 45W Power Delivery.
Or don’t connect the laptop at all. In its native Microsoft Teams or Zoom configuration, the DeskVision A24 works as a personal collaboration endpoint on the desk. That’s why it makes sense in private offices, phone rooms, hot desks and compact workspaces around Business Bay, JLT and DMCC where a boardroom video bar would simply be the wrong shape of product.
What the DeskVision A24 Actually Replaces
Think of the A24 as the point where a desktop monitor and a personal video system meet. The 23.8-inch panel handles normal PC work at 1920 × 1080 resolution. The touchscreen gives you 10-point touch input. The camera, microphones and speakers are already built around the screen, so there is no webcam hanging from the bezel and no separate USB speakerphone taking up another 150mm of desk space.
For laptop users, one USB-C connection carries the workstation functions. The laptop can use the A24 display, built-in camera, dual microphones, stereo speakers and attached USB peripherals while receiving up to 45W charging from the same connection. A second charger on the desk often becomes unnecessary. Fewer loose cables too — useful on height-adjustable desks where every extra cable eventually ends up pulling against the tray.
For offices standardising personal video spaces, the DeskVision A24 also sits naturally alongside the wider Yealink video conferencing range. The difference is room scale. MeetingBars serve people around a table. The A24 serves the person sitting directly in front of it.
Where the A24 Fits — And Where It Doesn’t
| Workspace | People | Fit |
|---|---|---|
| Executive Desk | 1 | Ideal personal collaboration use |
| Hot Desk | 1 | Good fit for shared workstation deployments |
| Phone / Focus Room | 1–2 | Works where users sit close to the display |
| Meeting Room | 4+ | Use a MeetingBar or room kit instead |
Not the right fit?
If four, six or eight people need to sit around a table and all appear properly on camera, don’t use the DeskVision A24 as a small meeting-room shortcut. It is a personal desktop device. For shared rooms, look at the Yealink MeetingBar range instead.

Microsoft Teams or Zoom — Choose the A24 for Your Platform

The DeskVision A24 is available for Microsoft Teams and Zoom deployments. That matters when you’re buying more than one. An IT team fitting 20 executive offices doesn’t want 20 random USB webcams with different drivers and user settings. It wants one hardware standard that matches the collaboration platform already used by the company.
In a Microsoft Teams environment, the A24 can serve personal offices, phone rooms and hot-desking spaces while remaining part of the organisation’s Teams device estate. For companies already deploying Teams room hardware, keeping personal collaboration devices in the same family also gives users a familiar interface when they move between spaces.
The Zoom version brings the same hardware idea into a Zoom workspace. Yealink also supports workspace-oriented functions including reservation and kiosk-style deployment scenarios on the Zoom configuration. For a shared desk floor in DMCC or a serviced-office environment in JLT, that’s more useful than treating every monitor as anonymous furniture.
The Pop-Up Camera Is More Than a Neat Mechanism
8MP camera with physical retraction
The camera module lifts electrically from the top of the A24 when required and retracts into the housing when it isn’t being used. For a private office handling finance, legal work or confidential client calls, you can see that the camera is physically put away rather than relying only on an on-screen camera icon.
The camera hardware is 8MP and is described by Yealink as a 4K camera module. Actual video meetings run at up to 1080p at 30 frames per second. That’s an important distinction. The sensor has more capture resolution than the conferencing stream, but buyers shouldn’t read “4K camera” and assume every Teams or Zoom call is transmitted at 4K.
Its 83-degree field of view is suited to a person sitting at normal monitor distance rather than a whole boardroom table. That’s exactly how a personal collaboration display should behave. Your face fills a sensible part of the frame instead of appearing tiny in the middle of a 120-degree room view.
One USB-C Cable — Display, Video, Audio, USB and Charging
45W USB-C Power Delivery
A compatible laptop connected by USB-C can use the A24 as its display and conferencing hardware while receiving up to 45W of power. For many thin business laptops, that removes the separate charger from the everyday desk setup.
This workstation mode is where the product earns its desk space. Plug the laptop in and the A24 provides the screen, touch input, camera, microphones, speakers and USB connectivity. Disconnect at the end of the day and the employee leaves with one cable, not a collection of HDMI, USB and charger leads.
The base also includes Qi wireless charging for a compatible phone. Small detail. Useful every day. A manager can arrive with a laptop and phone, connect one USB-C lead, place the phone on the charging area and get to work without searching below the desk for an available socket.
This is particularly handy in Dubai hot-desk areas where people move between workstations during the week. Cable sets disappear. Chargers get mixed up. USB hubs walk to another floor. Keeping those functions in one 23.8-inch device removes several of the loose parts that create support tickets.
Audio for a Person at a Desk — Not a Table of Eight
Two built-in microphones handle voice pickup from the user sitting in front of the display. Two 3W speakers return meeting audio without needing a headset for every call. Intelligent noise cancellation helps reduce unwanted background sound before it reaches the far end.
That last point matters in Dubai offices where the HVAC system runs hard for much of the year. A private office can still have a constant ceiling-vent hiss. In glass-partition spaces around Business Bay or DIFC, keyboard noise and conversation can also spill through from the corridor or neighbouring desks. The A24’s audio processing is designed around personal calling, where the wanted voice is close to the microphones.
Don’t treat the two microphones as room microphones. If people are sitting three metres away around a conference table, the geometry is wrong. A MeetingBar with a wider camera and microphone array belongs in that room.

BYOD — When the Meeting Belongs to the Laptop
A visitor walks into your DIFC office with a meeting already running on their laptop. Maybe the invite is on a different account. Maybe your company uses Teams but the client sent a Zoom link. You don’t need to move everyone to another room or start changing accounts on the A24.
Switch the DeskVision A24 into its PC peripheral mode and connect the laptop. With USB-C, the laptop can use the A24’s camera, dual microphones, stereo speakers, touchscreen functions and display while the same connection supplies up to 45W of Power Delivery. The meeting still runs on the laptop. The A24 becomes the desk hardware around it.
There is also HDMI input for display use. One detail worth knowing before an installation: an HDMI cable isn’t included with the standard A24 package, so we add one to the parts list when the deployment needs HDMI. For USB-C laptops, the cleaner arrangement is normally the single-cable connection.
What About Etisalat, du and the Office PABX?
The DeskVision A24 shouldn’t be treated as a normal SIP desk phone or as a direct replacement for a PABX extension. Its main job is personal video collaboration through Microsoft Teams, Zoom and a connected computer.
If your company has Etisalat or du business telephony connected to Microsoft Teams Phone, Zoom Phone, a softphone or another application on the user’s computer, calls can still be handled through that software and the A24’s audio hardware when the computer is connected. The telephone service remains on the configured platform. The A24 supplies the screen, microphone and speakers.
For staff who need a dedicated SIP extension as well, keep the desk phone. Our Yealink IP phone range covers that side of the desk, while the A24 handles the personal video workspace. Mixing the two jobs into one device usually creates more confusion than it removes.
Desk Deployment and IT Management
One A24 on a managing director’s desk is easy. Fifty A24 units across Dubai and Abu Dhabi need a different conversation. The important question becomes who can see the devices, check their status and deal with configuration without walking from office to office.
Microsoft Teams deployments can be administered through the Microsoft device-management environment used for the organisation’s Teams estate. Yealink also provides its own device-management tools for supported deployments. That gives an IT team a route to monitor multiple endpoints centrally rather than treating every A24 as an isolated monitor.
For Zoom deployments, the device fits into the Zoom workspace model. Shared desks can also make use of workspace-oriented functions such as reservation. That makes sense in offices where the same physical desk may belong to three different people during one working week.
What’s in the Box — And What We Check Before Delivery
The standard DeskVision A24 package is supplied around the A24 desktop unit with its power hardware and the connection items required by the regional SKU. We confirm the exact cable set against the unit being supplied before dispatch because package contents can differ by regional build and sales bundle.
Not included — order separately if needed
HDMI cable is not included. A laptop, Microsoft Teams or Zoom user licensing, a dedicated SIP desk phone and external headset are also separate. If your laptop requires more than the A24’s 45W USB-C Power Delivery, keep the manufacturer’s laptop charger connected.
That last point matters with mobile workstations and larger business laptops. Forty-five watts is useful for many thin notebooks, but it isn’t enough for every computer sold with a 65W, 90W or higher-power adaptor. We check the laptop model during a multi-desk rollout rather than promising that every machine will run from the display alone.

Related Yealink Products for the Same Office
The A24 normally forms one part of an office rollout rather than the whole AV plan. A managing director may use the A24 at the desk, while the six-seat meeting room across the corridor uses a MeetingBar and the reception area has Teams desk phones.
Yealink MeetingBar A10 — for a small focus room where more than one person needs to appear on camera. See the Yealink video conferencing range.
Yealink MeetingBar A25 — for a small meeting table rather than a single-user desk. Available within our Microsoft Teams room systems.
Yealink MeetingBar A40 — for medium rooms where the A24’s 83° personal camera view isn’t wide enough. Compare it in the video conferencing category.
Yealink BH76 — useful when the A24 user needs private audio instead of its built-in speakers. Browse the Yealink headset range.
Yealink WPP30 — wireless presentation hardware for compatible Yealink room deployments. See wireless presentation and BYOD products.
Yealink RoomPanel — for booking shared rooms outside the personal desk area. See our room scheduling panels.
Yealink MP56 — a dedicated Teams desk phone when the employee still requires a separate telephone endpoint. See the Yealink IP phone range.
A24 for Executive Offices, Hot Desks and Phone Rooms
Executive offices are the obvious use case. One user. One desk. Frequent Teams or Zoom calls. The camera retracts when it isn’t needed, the phone can sit on the Qi charger, and the laptop connects through USB-C instead of a dock surrounded by loose adaptors.
Hot desks are different. The hardware belongs to the office, not the employee. Staff arrive with a laptop, work for a few hours and leave again. A fixed display with camera, microphones, speakers and USB connections removes several things that otherwise have to be left on every desk or carried around the building.
Phone rooms and small private booths are another good fit. These spaces are common in newer DMCC and JLT offices with glass partitions and open-plan seating. A 23.8-inch A24 gives one person a proper video station without filling the booth with a large room bar or putting a webcam on a loose monitor arm.
Yealink DeskVision A24 Installation in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
A single A24 doesn’t need a boardroom installation crew. A 20-desk deployment still needs planning. We check network access, desk power, the laptop connection method, the Teams or Zoom account structure and whether each workstation needs Ethernet, Wi-Fi or both.
Desk check — confirm laptop models, USB-C capability, network method, power position and whether 45W charging is enough for each computer.
Configuration — connect the device, configure the required Teams or Zoom environment, test peripheral mode and confirm camera, microphone, speaker and touch operation.
User test — connect an actual office laptop and run a call. We check video, audio, USB-C mode switching and laptop charging before handover.
Yealink DeskVision A24 UAE supply and installation covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Multi-desk deployments in DIFC, DMCC, Business Bay and JLT can be prepared as one scheduled rollout instead of configuring units one at a time after delivery.
DeskVision A24 Export from Dubai
Corporate AV teams and system integrators can order DeskVision A24 project quantities for deployment outside the UAE. We ship from Dubai to buyers in South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Kenya, with the unit configuration checked before dispatch.
FOB Dubai pricing is available for project quantities. Send the required number of units, destination country and whether the project is based on Microsoft Teams or Zoom so the quote can be prepared around the correct requirement.
For mixed projects, A24 personal workstations can ship with Yealink room systems and headsets under the same project order. That works well for regional office openings where executive desks, meeting rooms and staff audio are being fitted at the same time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use the DeskVision A24 without connecting a laptop?
Yes. The DeskVision A24 can operate as an independent personal collaboration endpoint in its supported Microsoft Teams or Zoom configuration. A laptop is only required when you want to use PC peripheral mode, another laptop-based application or the A24 as a workstation display.
Is the DeskVision A24 camera really 4K?
The camera module uses an 8MP sensor and is described as a 4K camera module. Video conferencing output is up to 1080p at 30fps. We don’t describe the A24 as transmitting 4K Teams or Zoom calls because that isn’t what the stated conferencing specification says.
Will the A24 charge my laptop through USB-C?
It provides up to 45W USB-C Power Delivery. That is enough for many thin business notebooks, but laptops supplied with 65W, 90W or larger adaptors may still need their normal charger. Send us the laptop model if you’re planning a multi-desk installation and we’ll check it before deployment.
Can I put one A24 in a four-person meeting room?
We wouldn’t recommend it. The 83° camera view and personal-desk audio arrangement are intended for somebody sitting close to the screen. For four or more people around a table, use a MeetingBar or another Yealink room system with wider room coverage.
Will the DeskVision A24 connect directly to our Etisalat or du PABX?
Treat the A24 as a Teams, Zoom and PC collaboration device rather than a normal SIP desk phone. If Etisalat or du calling is delivered through Teams Phone, Zoom Phone or a softphone on the connected computer, the A24 can provide the microphone and speakers for that application. For a dedicated SIP extension, use a Yealink IP phone alongside it.
Is the Yealink DeskVision A24 in stock in Dubai, and do you install in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. DeskVision A24 stock is available in Dubai with same-day quotation on WhatsApp. Supply and installation covers Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and all 7 UAE emirates. For projects with several desks, send the quantity, laptop models and preferred Teams or Zoom configuration to +971 55 986 3697.
